The hotel is very close to the airport with the Metro station just across the street from it. There is connection to and from the airport by Metro, but we didn't know that and we took a taxi. Our return flight was very early in the morning and the Metro schedule did not fit. We made a mistake with our booking with a double room and the staff assisted in giving us the correct size room. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate and I had scrambled eggs made without lactose.The hotel is new, clean and technologically up to par. I am a frequent traveller and have stayed in many hotels. This hotel is amongst the few who has comfortable beds,

The hotel is pretty much a-stand-alone in the area with the supermarket about 15 minutes walk away. The surrounding area is not done up. Other than this we travelled to the old town, which is a lot of fun. Taxi travel cost 63PLN going down to Old Gdánsk old town, which is reasonable. There is a night surcharge for coming back late, which is as shown on the taxi metre. We were asked to pay 100PLN on the way back by the driver of an old Mercedes taxi when it was not even 9pm and he didn't use the taxi metre. There is UBER, but you must carry cash to pay for your fare.

Staff was absolute proffesionals, I can nsay only positive things. Free WiFi was not stable, especially when all the guests came to their rooms, but nothing substantial. Breakfast fresh, great choice, VERY tasty coffee (not like in coffee shops but for hotel above average certainly like hotel), parking place big, enough space and finaly - great value for money!

THE ONLY THING but it is mostly my problem - I like hard beds and here are soft like for the princess... So for me, quality of sleeping was reduced, but who likes softer beds, will be like in heaven

The room was stunning and simple, with everything needed for a comfortable nights stay and a very clean modern bathroom. The location was excellent with regards to proximity to the airport - where we were needing to go. Staff went above and beyond after a stressful time had been had by myself and my partner at every turn. Everything was so easy from booking, to checking in and checking out, to locating the restaurant etc. It exceeded all expectations and I wish we’d just been staying there the entire holiday. Best hotel from our poland stay. The manager endured a lost cubic zirconia earring was returned safely to us at the airport free of charge as we were waiting for a Flight the day after we had missed our original. Service was excellent. All staff were friendly, helpful and a bonus was the high level of English spoken for us (Scottish)as customers.

That we didn’t stay there longer than a days

Since I value my privacy above anything else, I can say for sure that the staff was exceptionally accommodating and professional. The breakfast was everything I’d hoped for and more, even got a special omelette made to order which was a nice touch to my last day there. And I met one of the staffs doggo which made the whole trip worth it 🤌🏻🐕 the room was just right for my needs, nice modern decor nothing over the top and cheesy it suited my needs. Overall a great stay, would recommend 100%

A bit far from stores and anything else for that matter if you’re in for an extended stay. But the area is very well communicated so it wasn’t really a problem. Can’t say anything bad about the place tbh!

Very clean room, polite and helpful receptionists. Near the airport so If you come overnight or need to be at the airport in the morning this location is very good. You need the taxi to come to the Faros hotel. I like very polite staff in the reception and superb breakfast, polish like breakfast. Chance to talk to the staff preparing the breakfast, helpful hints and friendly advice. The place where you don't feel lonely. I would recommend and will stay overnight next time.

Better lamp light to read the book when in bed.

A three minute shuttle from the airport makes this the first reason we stayed here. The pleasant, helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, excellent included breakfast, great food at the restaurant, spacious parking lot, elevator, water in the room, and quiet nights were among the reasons we returned. The rooms are cozy and clean, the temperature was pleasantly warm. (Cold outside) The staff are extremely happy to help.

I wasn't told about the need to use the room key in a slot by the door to turn the electricity on in the room. Maybe this is common here? New to me, but a great idea.

Immediately close to the GDN airport! Staff speak English and were very happy to answer questions and help. Room had bottled water, coffee, towels, shampoo and soap, comfortable beds. We did not have breakfast or use the restaurant. Plentiful parking spaces were conveniently located. Elevator!

Electricity in room requires room key to be inserted at a specific place inside the door, staff forgot to mention at check in, but were extremely helpful when asked. Came to our room to make sure everything worked properly, and it did.

3rd stay in this fantastic hotel very close to Gdansk airport. It is pristine, very well appointed and the rooms are very comfortable. We arrived on a very late flight but there was no problem in us having a drink, despite the bar being closed. The breakfast is fantastic, served in the lovely dining room/bar. Staff all very friendly.

Nothing requires improvement, really

Being sent a voucher to use from the airport to the hotel and everything working out and there being a person at reception when I arrived at 1am The staff were all perfect! Breakfast was great. Train station a 2 minute walk.

The hotel is very well placed 15min. walk to the airport, but for can also book transfer from from hotel reception. Very clean and modern room, very comfortable bed, spacious and clean bathroom! Really silent room and we slept very well. The receptionist (Zuzanna) was very helpful and professional! Fantastic breakfast with waffles and god cakes! Absolutely an hotel to recommend!
