Super excellent value for money. Specially loved the beddings… super soft, nice, etc. Now I want to order the same duvet covers! Breakfast was super nice too! Check out at 12:00 is a blessing Also, I enjoyed the lights scenarios in the room:)

I feel that windows night be regulated better, I have a feel that they wasn’t closing really tight Also, at the bathroom (near the sink) there was water stains from cups and scissors, which wasn’t cleaned well. And the toilet seat is yellow stained, which did not look pleasant. But the rest was clean. Anyway the stay was really great, and it’s a excellent value for money

Good location (next to main train station and close to bus stop where bus to/from the airport departs/arrives). Room small but clean. Great breakfast with variety of food - worth adding to your reservation if you do not have one included in the room price.

Bed matress was definitely too soft. The smell in hotel corridors is... strange, smells like this kind of air refreshing spray of cheapest type which makes you want to leave the building - or enter the room. Luckily the room was without that smell.

I would the breakfast options be combined (Buffet and order from the kitchen). I would have like to have my eggs cooks a specific way. However, the food and food selections were good.

I don't seem like getting out of the garage was automatic. When I presented my ticket, the door did not open unless someone was comming in at the same time or I used the call button. Automate the exit so when you scan you ticket, it opens the door to let you out.

Hotel is very central, close to the train station. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotel has also parking space and every room is accessible via elevator. All in all, it is a very good option if you stay overnight and continue the journey.

Service could be a bit better. When asking about the train connection to the airport the answer was, there is a train, we don’t know when the train leaves and where the train leave because the connection is very new. Expected answer would have been, yes there is a connection to the airport and we are happy to look this up in the internet and give you the information later. Also the restaurant serve lunch from 13:00 hrs on – not earlier. That’s a bit strange

Staff were amazing! Very personal and accommodating, especially with our puppy. They gave us food/water bowls, a dog bed, and a few treats and didn't make any issue when she had a little accident by the door as we were leaving for a walk. There is a big park nearby as well where I took my pupper for walks. They also prepared a personalized breakfast bag to go after I was a bit hesitant (given my usual experience that take-away breakfasts at hotels aren't great) and it was actually was enough for lunch as well. This was really great as I had a long trip ahead of my driving from Rzeszow to Kyiv.

The road in front of the hotel is broken up, so coming from the train station you have to walk around the block. This normally only take a couple of minutes and is not a problem at all, but for us it was a bit stressful with the luggage and the puppy. Generally speaking the location is excellent, right next to the train station.

The room was well sized for two people. As a short place to stay and go out on the town, it was in a great position. We walked everywhere and did not need to call a cab or drive anywhere. The staff were kind and very accommodating. I never felt like I was a bother for any questions.

The bed sheets could have been bigger. They were comfortable, but I occasionally would slip out during my sleep. A minor gripe. Did not impact my stay at all. I’m sure I could have asked the staff for an extra blanket, but I would have felt bad doing so.

The design of the hotel was soo nice. I appreciated the coffee machine and tea in the room. Staff were super kind and helpful. Location also amazing, and it will get better when they finish renovating the streets between the train station and the hotel

The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast - i asked for a to-go bag, due to my early train. It was rather disappointing - a sandwich, and a salad without any dressing. No warm drink, and it cost 60 PLN, so i thought I should have waited to just have breakfast on the train, but maybe the regular buffet breakfast is better :)

Top service and absolutely client-oriented approach with a nice human touch! Personnel is extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. Due to the issues with LOT airlines, had to overstay some time beyond the check out, but it was granted to me with no issues and extra-charges. Hands down 100% recommended! Location, rooms, food quality, price/value ratio, you name it.

Good location near the train station and close to the old town. It has two adjacent buildings, and only part of the rooms are renovated. Restaurant is good for lunch/dinner if you don’t have time to go to the town.

The bedding was too soft, which made it difficult to sleep. And the lack of acoustic between the rooms is somewhat disturbing.

The front desk officer was so friendly. I arrived around 1am and got checked in swiftly. The room was modern and clean, with all amenities needed. The most I liked was the furniture, bedding, and the bathroom.

Unavailability of luggage storage space, hence I had to carry my two suitcases and hand luggage for a long walk to my room. The walk to my hotel room on the 3rd floor could be a bit different than usual, but it didn't spoil my overall experience.
