The staff at reception were friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of options. The room was clean and well fitted out. The shower unit was particularly good. The hotel and its surroundings were very quiet at night.

The double bed was in fact two single beds pushed together with two single duvets on top this meant that it was difficult to get comfortable at times. It would have been nice if travel slippers could have been provided, but this is a suggestion rather than a complaint.

The hotel was very clean, good selection for breakfast.

Had hard time finding the hotel even with the GPS yelling "turn now", without a visible sign from the main street and the address hidden behind a huge tree, it created unnecessary frustration. After discovering the hotel there were no issues and had plenty pf parking spots, which was a plus.

I thoroughly enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast, which delighted my palate with its abundance and opulence. As I stepped into the room, I was enveloped in a sense of coziness, thanks to its exquisite decorations that whispered of taste and refinement. The quality of the sheets and mattresses elevated my comfort to a level of sheer indulgence.

I was notably disheartened by the malfunctioning of the shower, which, to my dismay, spewed forth scalding torrents of water. Since I was only staying for the night and had been wearied by the day's events, the prospect of switching rooms seemed too burdensome to consider, so I resigned myself to endure the discomfort.

I stayed at a Best Western in Rzeszow in 2013, and this place resembled it, but somehow it felt different. Further from the train and bus station than I remembered. Was there another Best Western location in 2013?

I stayed a second time. In my opinion, the location, accommodation, and, of course, breakfast are 5 stars. Thanks to the personnel at the reception because I came early and received my room much earlier than the checking time.

the second time stayed in this hotel, the reception was friendly to me and helped to change the room at the first time. i feel comfortable with the room and bed, clean and quiet.

breakfast could be better with the machine for juice, there was no orange juice but just water; there is no landline to the reception;

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the lovely cleaning lady replenished everything we needed. There was even an iron and ironing board available for me to use. We had a great time.

The front desk is open 24/7, we could book rooms without any issues at 10 PM and didnt have to pay an extra fee

I would of expected more at the breakfast buffet.. for the price that we paid it wasnt really great.

Very clean and comfy place. In my room there was a computer desk with a comfortable chair, which I appreciate the most. Also there was a safe in the room so I could keep my documents in there when going out.

It might be just me but couldn't get one of the shower heads to work.

Modern and efficient hotel. No nonsense. Very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. English could be better but eventually mutual understanding is established.

Missed a sauna. Parking was scarce during my arrival at 4PM. But plenty at night.
