Great location: right in front of the beach, close enough to walk to the restaurants in the town center, but far enough away from the busyness of it Cleanliness: the room, the fitness center / gym, the saunas, the pools Well-furnished and comfortable lobby bar/lounge Fantastic service staff in the bar/lounge

"Garden view" room in fact had the view of the hotel parking lot Request to change to a room that doesn't face the parking lot – or pay for an upgrade to a suite or apartment – right after check-in was refused by the front desk, even though the hotel was definitely not fully–booked and there were empty rooms that would have satisfied the request. The sauna / pool ran out of towels a couple of times and none arrived during the 1-2 hours we were there The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, but the quality of the food was average and none of the service staff ever came by the table

Very very nice place - the one you instantly want to come back to! Me, my wife and our teenage kids really loved it. Rooms are super nice, the sea view is outstanding. Breakfast is one of the best we have ever experienced, great choice and everything was super fresh and tasty (including delicious coffee!). The pools and jacuzzi are superb, too. Overall, we were very happy with our stay - and this will be our #1 choice next time we're in this area!

Excellent, would come back again. No issues Metres from beach and roof pool great, although its closed if it rains. Sauna ,jacuzzi pool great and clean Breakfast ok. Nice walk to sopot pier, wheres its super noisy and drunk people and night and everything that comes with a party town. Glad I didnt stay in Sheraton This hotel never had issues with noise outside and could sit outside in evening and hear waves, also a nice load of activities on beach(restaurant,volleyboy) around entrance 31 which is like 200 feet away Takes 15 mins to walk to sopot pier or rent a scooter and do it in 5-7mins

Spa was brilliant. Breakfasts great. Staff showed you to your table and kept it free from used plates and cutlery Cleaning staff were unobtrusive and thorough English speaking receptionists could do enough for you providing useful recommendations and good advice

The fish bones and chicken bones that ended up in the roof top pool as one corner of the pool was the preferred place for the crows to eat and drink, accidentally or otherwise discarding bones and rotten fish to the bottom of the pool. I had a time on one occasion avoiding a fish skeleton submerged in the pool. The staff were aware as I saw them go to that area and have a discussion peering into the pool.

Everything, we have stayed here before nearly 3 years ago for 6 days as a summer holiday so knew how amazing the hotel is. We had been touring round Poland by trains for 2 weeks ending in Gdansk and added a day to treat out selves to massages and all the facilities the hotel offers which included dinner in their lovely restaurant.

Nothing it’s all great including as a Brit the price!

It was the second time we were coming back to this hotel and this time was even better than the previous. The rooms had been updated. The staff was polite and attentive to the details. Breakfast as usual on a great level! I love the calm area around the hotel as well as the relaxing Spa zone where it's great to start or end the day. We had a wonderful time, spending a very important day for my family. Big thanks to the staff!

It was impossible to regulate the air conditioner upper than 23 degrees, so it was quite cold in the room.

The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. Pool and spa very nice and with a wide selection

The administrator did not tell us at all about the facilities available in the hotel, how and when the spa and pools work, whether there is a restaurant or a bar in the hotel, she only asked for payment and told where the room was, and that was it. You have to find all the other information yourself on the Internet

Everything, the place is like heaven when walking in to the lobby, then the rooms are so clean and well kept. The pools are amazing especially the roof top pool but remember it is seasonal, so be quick before October cold comes. But the pools inside are beautiful and amazing as well, so warm and a very welcoming vibe all around the hotel. Loved my stay..Breakfast has bacon and everything you can think of and is absolutely delicious..

The shower in our room was an old fashioned attached to the bath taps type and to make matters worst it only just reached the stand not what you expect from a 4 star Marriott In fact we didn’t like the glass open bathroom in the middle of the room with no door just a curtain but at least the toilet had a door but not a 4 star bathroom

The spa was a highlight. Breakfast was probably the best I have had anywhere. The management surprised me with a delicious fruit platter delivered to our room for my birthday.

Although it was not the fault of the staff, some men with shorts and swimming costume we using the sauna area clearly marked “nude” and fabric free. Despite the fact that an identical sauna where wearing of costumes is required was only a few meters away.
