Nice hotel, very good for the price. In a nice quiet area of Sopot with good access to the beach but only a short walk into the centre. Also well placed to get into Gdansk. The staff were very helpful, the spa facilities were good.

The only concern we had is that if using the hotel slippers the pool area was extremely slippery and quire dangerous, we are a fit and healthy couple and found this concerning. This could be an issue particularly for elderly guests. Make sure you take some flip flops that might have more grilled as we forgot our own.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach and restaurants. The swimming pool and jacuzzi area were also comfortable and worth visiting.

The side bed was terrible, I couldn’t sleep at all. Also, the manicure offer was very limited, I couldn’t fix my broken nail or they refused to do a French manicure, which is a standard type of mani

it was the 3rd year in a row I chose this hotel. it was a very nice touch from their side this time: they upgraded us to room with balcony free of charge. the room is clean and comfy, staff is replenishing items in room (water, towels, etc.) the spa area was great this time because it was silent, no kids running around because school had started.

the breakfast was disappointing: some ham tasted strange, coffee options are not great, no feta or similar cheese, no gluten free bread or options, eggs watery. but the most irritating thing was the air co and temperature in the breakfast room: too cold

Close to the beach with easy access Very comfortable beds. Great breakfast, cafe/restaurant prices are very reasonable. Makes a nice change.

The photos of the pool are deceptive - the pool is actually quite small and cold :( , however the hot tub is massive with powerful jets Kids use the hot tub as a swimming pool! It gets too noisy to relax - so avoid weekends. Weekdays are blissful.

The room is clean and you can ask reception to replenish tea, water, towels, etc. It has good soundproof so you do not hear people from other rooms, but you can hear doors slamming, people on corridor. The spa area is fine, good size. Location is ok, close to the beach, although the beach is not clean in that area, but that's not hotel's fault.

1. the bedsheet is composed of 2 sheets which I do not understand. They neither stay properly on the bed and neither look good. For this standard, they should invest in good quality linens. Also the changed bedsheet had some long dark hair on it so we did not use it. 2. the toiletries are not suitable for 4*: no lotion or hand cream, no soap for hands. only that 3cm little bar soap for 2 people - ridiculous. Last year they were offering liquid soap from Ziaja for hands, this year I see they are saving costs. 2. the staff in the bar are rude and unprofessional. they served our drinks without any straw or coaster, just thrown on the table. Drinks are made in a poor way, not even close to what they are supposed to look like.

spacious room , comfortable bed, great design , lovely balcony

no trays at breakfast; had to leave the table on number of occasions to separately get cutlery, drink etc ; for 4 star hotel I would expect more choices for breakfast, they were some interesting evening entertainments from Wednesday till Saturday, unfortunately nothing from Sunday till Tuesday

absolutely perfect location for Ergo Arena. 5 minute walk to the beach/sea front. Cafe bar was delicious and good cocktails. reasonable costs, excellent spa facilities. Pool and jacuzzi just lovely. Rooms spacious and clean.

limited food menus, restaurant buffet stops at 8pm. room service stops at 11pm. shower no bath, may have to request a room with a bath!

The spa was so good. We didn't eat at hotel so can not comment on that but steam room and jacuzzi were fab!

I couldn't get an available time to suit for a treatment. May just have been due to length of stay and not prebooking before arriving but had hoped I would manage to get a massage booked in.

Breakfast was good, but usually not enough food from 9:30 am , for example pancakes, rolls, cottage cheese, smoked fish…

Why so less cosmetics in the room? There wasn’t body lotion in the bathroom, .. There wasn’t place for soap( the quality of soap very bad).

Breakfast was nice with a good selection and choice. There were small differences every day which kept things fresh, This being said, the selection was enough to enjoy a different breakfast every day I was there.

I was surprised about the lack of toiletries in the bathroom, the shower gel was a combination shampoo & body wash. No moisturiser, shower cap etc. provided. Obviously a really minor negative, but seems strange considering it's a spa hotel!
