It was my second stay, and in general it's a good functional hotel with a very friendly staff. Definitely on plus - the spacious room, shower facilities and aircon. And nice Christmas decorations! Haven't tried breakfast this time, it would be good to have some brunch options after 10am.

- Single mattresses instead of double mattress - Daily cleaning - as it was 7 days stay it would be good to have the bedding changed mid stay, the glasses cleaned and water bottles replaced.

The hotel is pretty new and in great shape, the staff were nice and friendly. A big perk of the hotel is that it's located in the center of the city and less than a 5-minute walk to the shopping center, hence a car won't be needed much. And not to mention, It's got free parking!

The hotel didn't have a place such as a lobby to have the guests chill in away from the restaurant, but that's acceptable at some point considering the hotel's size. More importantly, the restaurant's menu doesn't have a variety of food choices. Would be great if they'd change the menu, or at least add the flexibility of changing the ingredients for the guests.

Very comfortable and modern place to stay at. Good location and very tasty breakfast. My second visit and definitely not the last one.

Ordered single queen bed, but received two single beds one by one. None said about the change and explained, when I asked, that a single queen bed is combined with two singles, in fact. It was described as a large single bed on the website. Very confusing

This hotel is modern, clean and has it all. Lovely staff that is super helpful any time of the day and night. AC in the room 🙏 and finally the only hotel that offers English tv channels!! From now on we’ll always stay at Kyriad. Great value for money !

I chose this hotel because of the 24h reception and was not disappointed. I arrived at 5.30 am and the stuff was kind enough to permit me a late check out. I also liked the perfect silence of the room and the bed was broad and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and coffee was good. I was offered a bottle of Polish beer which was an unexpected bonus : ) Finally, l chilled in the shadowy terrace of the hotel till late afternoon...

Very comfortable bed, pillows .very well equipped room, with water,tea and coffee. Everything well thinked and handy.

Standard Room a little bit small. But it was so comfortable and so well designed that didn't matter so much.

Breakfast can provide a bit more of vegetarian selections but overall, wonderful and service was professional & above expectation.

Parking could be bigger. But they don’t make problems by park “wherever it fits” and that’s plus.

New luxurious hotel, close to the centre of town. Excellent restaurant. Very comfortable room with excellent facilities. Very good value for money.

Two single beds put together, instead of one big bed. Very minor complaint.
