Great location with a beautiful view of West Oder and boats, ships and tankers passing by. Restaurant food was very beautifully arranged and with a reasonable price. House wine was cheap and okay for the price. Waitresses were nice and service was great- especially Natalia stood out with perfect English language skills and professionalism- also she was very witty which was nice. Window mounted mosquito screen was nice. Supermodel Kinka working at the reception was a nice touch also. All in all a nice stay- definitely a place I’ll come back to.

Mosquitos (don’t forget repellent) Aircondition would have been nice, but the fan was of better standard so it was okay. I’m a big guy so the dishes at the restaurant could’ve been much bigger. Compared to a lot of other places I don’t really remember anything negative about Jachotwa.

The location was wonderful, away from the busy city. On the Oder River and watching large commercial ships pass by was enjoyable. We had a very nice room with an extended window area. The staff was great and restaurant was good.

The staff never cleared the snow from the sidewalk in front of the hotel entrance steps during our entire two-day stay and the steps themselves were not cleared for many hours; a five minute job. Very dangerous trying to negotiate going up and down the steps.

No hairdryer in the room. Air conditioning very weak, beds not comfortable unfortunately. Room good size and bathroom was fine.

A beautiful place, even for one night and a short day after breakfast. The rooms are clean and tidy and the hotel decoration is perfect. The breakfast is delicious and the flavors combine perfectly. Fantastic and helpful service. It was hard to leave this place. But it is worth going there to feel the atmosphere and the silence.

Nice hotel in a lovely location with friendly staff. We initially planned to arrive after 9pm which was no problem and were sent check in information by text message

Breakfast had too many unusual choices such as fish salads, it may be easier to have more standard options. Also make sure you bring a mosquito repellent

It was a hot summer day, so it was very warm in the room and really difficult to sleep, as there was no air-conditioning and windows that can be opened were very small.

The hotel is in a beautiful building (monument). It has a very large and nice parking and a very good restaurant as well. Restaurant (including a very nice outside terrace) and hotel room have both a fantastic view on the river Oder. The hotel and restaurant a very clean. The hotel room was amazing: super clean, very good bathroom (also very clean) and a fantastic view on the river Oder. Special thanks goes to Weronica, the lady at the check in desk. Very friendly, very helpful and she made us very happy with the hotel room. The whole staff of the hotel and restaurant speaks very good English and is very customer friendly. Absolute much value for money. We advise travellers to eat at the restaurant of the hotel. We really did enjoy our dinner. The service was very friendly and very good. The breakfast next morning was amazing and very tasty. Next year we will absolutely stay longer at this fantastic hotel. Compliments to the whole staff. Jaap and Payao Bosman, the Netherlands.

Nothing, the hotel and it's staff is amazing.

We could check in earlier than planned and that was mostly appreciated. Good room with comfy beds and a great shower. The breakfast buffé was truly amazing with a variety of meat and veggies, cold and warm food options and of course sweets for those who like them. Coffee was strong and tasteful.

Not the most wonderful environment

Polite and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Free parking right next to the hotel. Delicious and rich breakfast. The restaurant and the chef are super: we ordered dinner - it was very tasty!!! Located in a wonderful place on the river.
