I've stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, and this is easily one of the best. The beautiful setting in the park is peaceful and calm. The overall ambience of the hotel is one of classy, discrete luxury. The standards of customer service from the reception, the restaurant and the cleaning staff were excellent. Everyone was polite, professional, friendly, and helpful. I really wish I had noted their names as I wanted to inform the management of their excellent customer service. There was a lady with blonde hair who was mostly at reception who was superb; always helpful and professional. There was a tall, young lad in the restaurant with brown hair who was equally helpful and professional. I was lucky enough to stay in the Presidential Suite, and it was exceptional. A spectacular bathroom with a massive bath, walk-in shower, 'his and hers' basins, and a bidet. There was also a TV in the bathroom. The bedroom was tastefully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept so well. The flat screen TV in the bedroom was superb. There was a dining area that leads onto the balcony that overlooks the park. It has a beautiful view and even though it's directly above the restaurant it's very peaceful. I had three separate air conditioning units, which was amazing during the heatwave. It was like a fridge in my room, which I loved. The breakfast was delicious. It was a buffet style, and there was an excellent choice available of salads, delicatessen, hot foods, pastries, yoghurt, fruits, coffee, teas, juices, breads and rolls. I also ordered lunch and dinner in the restaurant a number of times, and I was always impressed by the superb presentation, delicious flavours, and interesting textures. I highly recommend the lamb for the main meal and the nitrogen ice cream for dessert. Everything about this hotel is exceptional. I will certainly be returning.

Staff was extremely friendly. The royal suite was amazing. The food at breakfast and the a-la carte menu was excellent. The hotel is in the middle of a park, next to beautiful sights and really close to the city (a 10min drive in any direction to reach sights, attractions, etc.)

While the suite was truly beautiful the toilet facility as part of the enormous bathroom had no door. We found that design choice questionable as it practically gives no privacy.

Lovely hotel next to a nice lake. The spa is also very nice and good value for money when you book one of their packages. The hotel restaurant is nice and the breakfast was good.

The surrounding area (other side to the park) is nothing special, you have to travel into the city which is a 20-30 min walk. There are also trams but finding machines selling tickets is not always easy. Nothing wrong with the actual hotel though!

A boutique hotel with a nice warmth to it. Room was a great size, breakfast offered a great choice, and the overall value was very good. The food at the onsite restaurant was very high quality. Overall it was a very positive experience.

The management of the hotel needs improving. It felt amateurish and sub standard to a professional long standing hotel group. We had a few minor issues to report to reception which did not get dealt with correctly. The service from house keeping each morning was not consistent, some times we had replacement milk, coffee, and cups, other mornings the milk was not resupplied. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and had no serious complaints but quite a few minor things which just were not right all add up to be quite noticeable. Checking in process could be improved. We were not informed by the receptionist about the health spa, or the restaurant. They missed an opportunity to upsell us these services. If we had known we may have been inclined to use the spa.

nice hotel with great view

in the spa there are only 6 laying beds. the problem is that the people reserve them once they arrive in the spa and even if they are doing treatments which sometime last for 1,5h you cannot use any of the laying beds… you have to sit in few uncomfortable garden chairs which do not guarantee you any relaxation. make sure to be there at 4pm and take a place and keep it all day long

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, helped us with tickets and printing…. Spacious nicely decorated room and lovely breakfast! The whole place is modern yet has a retro kind of feeling. A great base from which to see the town and the really excellent zoo, we even spent one evening bowling in house. We even used the gym early morning….

Nice, modern hotel in easy to get to location with good amount of free parking. I arrived very late and did not check whole facility (there is spa on site). But room was comfortable and clean. Lovely decorations for Valentine’s Day in restaurant. Whole place smelled amazing!

Do not get confused as there is a other hotel sit similar name in the area … accidentally I did.

hotel is in wonderful area of Park Kasprowicza, beautiful architecture, classy interior design, delicious food, friendly staff, rooms mainly clean, very nice spa

no kingsize beds in the standard rooms, only two single bed mattresses put together, mattresses also too soft for people with back problems. I would also suggest to use fitted sheets rather than flat sheets as they roll up.

Very good location. Very good breakfast. Own parking.

When arrived only one parking lot was available -so I was lucky one but next car which entered after me had some issues to find parking place. Looks like people who use hotel restaurant park on hotel parking as well as later in the evening hotel parking had more free parking lots.

Charming rooms and lovely spa area. Treatments well priced and interesting offerings (e.g. hot bath at the fire place with a glass of wine; salute to who came up with this idea!).

The only downside: there is no real bar where you can sit and enjoy a few drinks. The bar in the hotel is more a service bar for the restaurant and has no bar stools. At a hotel this nice I would expect a nice proper bar but other than that it is a lovely place and the decking outside with the lake view made up for it.
