Awesome place! The atmosphere inside both the hotel and the inner yard was perfectly fitting to the vibe of the whole old town of Toruń. We chose a room with the river view and didn’t regret it - it was lovely. The staff was friendly and the location was ideal - close to everything :) overall, we greatly enjoyed our weekend stay!

The breakfast selection, although tasty, was quite small - some fruits would be a nice addition. Plus the shower is kind of small, but it wasn’t a big problem :)

winter garden - just incredible view and great place to relax. Good breakfast. Connector between room and “restaurant” was very cozy and nice. Staff were nice and smiling. location was perfect, close to Kadr pub and 3 minutes from Kopernik. BTW room with river view is must have :)

At winter you need sth more than slippers and shirt to go on breakfast - but still view and winter garden is worth this inconvenience.

I had an issue with the hotel as at first they refused my service dog, a small one, hypoallergenic. I emailed the owner a link to the Polish law stipulating that service dogs can’t have their access refused nor hotels can charge for it. The owner never responded to me, but Booking.com solved the issue and we had a nice stay. Great location, nice rooms, rooms at the front of the building can be noisy

This is a fantastic hotel if you want to explore Torun old city. The crew was very helpful. If you do not like to walk stairs it is not a hotel for you, but they did not have elevators in the medeival times and here you stay in an autentic medeival part of the city. The hotel contact you in advance and tell you that it is without elevator.

Perfect location! Very kind and nice staff! Classical Chippendale furniture! Extra comfy double bed! Very good price! Generally above expectations!

Few things to improve - parking on your own, but luckily few nightfree stands near. No hot water in bathroom, just warm. No lift, just round stairs. No fruits on breakfast.

Some of the towels were a bit overused and there was no elevator in the first section where we stayed, so we had to take lots of stairs as we stayed at the top (stairs to level 5).

Excellent location, right in the heart of the old town. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and homely. Breakfast is also nice. The staffs are exceptionally helpful and kind. I totally recommend this place.

Very comfortable strong bed, clean & quiet small hotel in a great location. Only stayed a night but special thanks to all the lady staff for being so helpful, friendly & listening to my stories 😊🩷

Very good location. Quite place. Typical room but all you need.

Breakfast could be better (small selection). No elevator and steep stairs - can be a problem for some people. It would be nice to have a few tea bugs.

We asked for a room with a bigger bed (because my wife is pregnant) and the staff was more than happy to meet our request - within 20 minutes we were allocated a new, more spacious room with a huge bed and they did not want more money from us.
