The location is good as it is in the old city. Staff were very good and accommodating. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel for those that don't want to venture far, I never ate there as there are plenty of restaurants

Parking outside the hotel is hit and miss. Only a few spaces, however there is a car park close by. Shower overflowed easily, 1 of the rooms didn't have natural light or window views. If you're going to book, do it directly with the hotel website (cheaper). Pay in local currency.

The room was larger than I expected and was very comfortable. The bathroom was newly refitted and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was a standard buffet that was kept well stocked. The hotel was in an historic building. The location was perfectly located in the old town, about 30 seconds walk from the Rynek/main square. I would have added some lovely photos but Booking doesn't seem to like iPhone photos!!!!

Very close to the centre of the old town so everything was within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The restaurant, Lovely Moss, has a limited choice but is of unexpectedly good quality and well worth a visit and the young waitress was very accomplished. The staff in Reception were very helpful and could answer all my stupid questions and remain polite!

The duvet on the bed was too short and my feet poked out the bottom!

The hotel is very convenient for centre of Torun old town. The room was spacious with large double bed and sofa. The breakfast was extensive with a good range of quality food.

Due to its location, the room overlooked a busy thoroughfare and although not much traffic, lots of noisy groups of people walked past well into the night, with the noise amplified by the narrow street. One such group set off a car alarm at 2am, most unwanted!

I chose Gotyk for its location, which proved to be wonderful. However, in addition it was also charming and historic. The breakfast buffet was ample, with lots of fresh fruit (a rarity) and good coffee. WiFi worked nicely during my stay and the elevator was swift (and welcome). Desk staff happily helped me with a taxi for my departure. I would be more than happy to stay here again!

The only thing to know for the single room I had is that the plug for charging my phone at night was across the room (or unplugging the bedside lamp). I always travel with an extension cord so it wasn’t an issue for me but could be for someone.

The location was perfect. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The refrigerator in the room was very welcome. It was hot in the room, due to the weather, but the desk fan was much appreciated. Overall it was excellent value for the price.

The room was rather cramped. We would rather not have had the desk with a free-standing TV on it, and had more floor space instead, so that the bed didn’t need to be against the wall.

Perfect location for city tours. Travellers that can not take too many stairs need to know that there is no lift to the third floor rooms. No parking spots from the hotel just one short-term possibility to park your car for loading/unloading during checkin/out. Secured parking spot just 3 min. walk away. Car costs 100 zloty and motorcycle 50 zloty / day. Breakfast is amazing as per earlier evaluations. Reception desk feels like a kind of wall you enter and you barely see the receptionist. This could give you an impression of "please don´t ask the receptionist too many questions". Overall

Everything good. Excellent location. Beautiful design, stylish 'Gothic'. Great atmosphere thru hotel, and inside room. Thou small, ultra functional, with all needed functions. Excellent breakfast included in price, which was surprise, as I were not aware of it, at the time of booking. Adequate items through hotel, bringing excellent vibe of the era. Roof terrace, for people like me - spot on must be. Ah yes. Huge bathroom. In the heart of Torun. Everything within 5 mins walking time. Great foods all around. Cheap and absolutely delicious, as oppose to other tourist destinations visited. Highly recommended. Ah yes. Great warrior full body full size armour in the lobby - for me - fan of D&D - spot on.

Gotyk is about 200 yards from the main square of Torun so quiet but extremely convenient. The room was a reasonable size and comfortable while the breakfast (included in the price) was excellent with numerous options. Value for money was superb. If arriving by train, it's a 5 minute bus ride from the station followed by a 5 minute walk. Simple. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Lovely interesting building and kind staff. Breakfast was superb - had a selection of fresh fruit, our first in two weeks of travelling by bicycle in Poland. Great location for exploring the Old Town.
