Beautiful, cozy room, very comfy bed and nice heating! Bathroom also great with really satisfying hot water supply. The hotel is very close to metro station with only like 3-4 stops to the center. Great breakfast and very nice breakfast venue Also fast response to my online questions

When I did the reservation I mistakenly took the Deluxe double room instead of the deluxe superior which was larger and, for some reason, cheaper. After not finding an option to correct the mistake online, I wrote to the hotel asking for the change and they directed me to Booking.com although Booking was directing me to them. I would like the option for making such changes in an easy way.

Beautiful little hotel in a very special area. It's in an old building and has been renovated in a fantastic way - they kept old elements and combined them with new ones. I really loved the wooden floors and the brick walls. The wifi was fast and the breakfast yummy. Praga is very special - even though not everyone might understand why this area of Warsaw is so interesting. It has many old buildings, nearly untouched for decades which makes walking here like travelling back in time. There are also some great restaurants - such as Szynk Praski just 2 minutes away, serving traditional food in a quirky setting. Don't miss it!

The staff did not wear masks at all - not even when serving food. I know that for many people in Poland the pandemic might be over, but for some international travellers it is not (esp. for guests from Italy, Spain, Germany). So I would really appreciate when employers would wear masks. Wearing masks is really international standard in hotels worldwide.

My room was fantastic — really really big and cosy. I felt right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way. The bed was super comfortable and the Wi-Fi handled the two conference calls I had to do without any issues.

Not much to point out, but if I had to nitpick, I'd say the sound insulation isn't the best. I could hear the people in the room next door having a conversation fairly clearly.

Room decoration was unusual and breakfast was amazing in beautiful conservatory/extension.

Every towel in the room had hole in it! Unfortunately I couldn’t have a meal in the restaurant as there was a wedding planned for evening and restaurant was closed all day - bit disappointed as after long travel and in the really hot weather last thing I wanted to do is to venture out and look for good restaurant.

The neighbourhood where the hotel is located is close to the city centre and has lots of cool bars and places to eat. The hotel is also very close to the metro, busses and trams, and near a train station (Warszawa Wschdnia). The rooms are not your classic run-off-the-mill ugly hotel decor, but a mix of cute Ikea, vintage pieces and original art. There is a restaurant in the hotel. The building is a renovated charming old Warsaw kamienica.

There was no desk in the room if you travel for work.

Amazing breakfast - great choice of fresh, high quality food and both waitresses were friendly and helpful (the coffee machine was a bit tricky to use) Location is good for the metro and train station The room was stylish and comfortable I really loved the power shower Reception let me leave my bags really early in the morning and offered to get in touch if an early check in was possible

Personally I would prefer a more comfortable armchair in the room

Location - 3 mins away from Praga Centrum. There was a welcoming drink, which was really nice. The room was clean and bright.

Given that the room was pretty small and parking or breakfast aren't included, the price is way too high. Curtains are not very thick so once it's bright outside you can't really sleep. We could hear people in the hallway.

The bed was comfortable, and although a bit "cozy", the room was big enough even with the 4 large pieces of luggage. There was an elevator. Close to metro. Very artsy. Great restaurant that is modestly priced.

There was a slow-building sewer smell from the bathroom. Fortunately, the hotel uses the absolute strongest air freshener I have ever encountered; just ask the desk for the can, and you're good to go! Could hear guests door guests "doing what comes naturally".

The room had everything you need, tea, coffee, kettle. Free wine and 10% discount vouchers for dinner were given upon check-in.

They offer a parking space for 50 zlotys, we didn't use it, we left it on the street, it's free there from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Therefore, for the short time we left the car on the street, we only paid 4 zlotys.

The kitchenette had only very few cutlery, e.g.no spoon or towel. There was a smell in the bath that couldnt be fixed.

The receptionist and the other staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. The food was very good quality. The location is close to a metro station that brings you into the centre quickly. Convinient parking. Interesting interiour design, each room is unique.
