Great new facilities. Very clean. Fantastic view over the Wisła River. Many Zabka stores around. Public transport at your doorstep.

Rude and unprofessional staff. I had a rental car which I just rented that day, so I wasn't used to it and couldn't get out of the parking lot without scratching the car because the exit requires olympic level precision and speed. Otherwise the garage door will shut while you are still struggling to exit. I called the reception for help. And a ginger curly hair employee came down, loudly bashing me with another staff "you see it's a problem when people don't know how to drive" in Polish. She thought I dont understand but I did. No apologies were made. Hey I take that 100%. I struggled with the new rental car. But it is still unprofessional to say that in front of the customer. I won't stay again until the staff is retrained.

Good location in the city centre (the hotel is amongst reconstructed buildings and green areas, which is nice to stay in) and close to the airport or train station if you take a taxi. There is a shopping centre next to the hotel if you need gifts or just things for yourself. There is also a food market and a nice coffee shop nearby for lunch or coffee. The breakfast is good. Separately, I want to draw attention to the wonderful very large blankets in the room. If I need to spend 1-2 days in Warsaw, I will choose this hotel again.

I especially liked the location of the hotel. The staff was wonderful—very friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English with a touch of well-measured humor. A special shout-out to the waiter in the sports bar who gave a great dinner recommendation. The hotel offers a beautiful view of Warsaw, especially from the bar on the fifth floor. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food, perfect for a relaxing start to the day. The rooms are lovely, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—just perfect for a proper rest.

The only downside was that the bar on the fifth floor, despite its amazing view and atmosphere, doesn't serve any type of food—not even light snacks or cheese plates—which would have been ideal to enjoy alongside a drink.

The room was exceptional, incredibly comfortable, with everything you could need. It was spotlessly clean, the bathroom had a great shower and all the bits and pieces you could need (shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, etc) and huge fluffy towels. The bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable. The location was very convenient, close to the metro. Good bar on the top floor.

I have no complaints.

Great location, close to public transport, supermarket, restaurants, bars, old town. Good size room, cool design. The extras like vanity kit were nice. Good breakfast.

The guy David/Daniel? at reception was rude, terrible first impression of the hotel. You can't put the ventillation more than 24°C and I was freezing in the room. If you turn it off, there is great humidity. Dirty windows made the otherwise great view less enjoyable. No tissue box in a hotel of this category would be baseline. Also, no pool towls provided, not even when we asked for it. Pool is small and barely heated. The ladder to the pool was wiggly, noone repaired it during our 3-day stay. Just no attention do detail overall.

Everything new, comfortable bed, nice design. Good location.

I didn’t liked rules of pool: The staff said that you can visit only after showering in the room, that is, after checking in, but there were visitors who may not have stayed at the hotel and did not take a shower, plus it is strange that people who came to the bar can enter the pool area and watch you sunbathe and swim. One man from the table where he was drinking beer came to the pool and just washed his face there. So it's strange that you seem to control that the hotel guests come clean to the pool and do not control outsiders! Another question is that there were no separate towels for the pool, you had to take the same one that you use in the shower in the room. And of course the icing on the cake is that there are very few sunbeds.

If you want to book your room here don’t hesitate! EVERYTHING was great! The food at the « Champs » restaurant in the hotel was delicious and my cocktail was great. The breakfast buffet in the morning was REALLY good. My room was always clean. The hotel is well located and the area is nice and calm. Also you have bus and subway (metro) not far. Moreover, the pictures are EXACTLY the same as in reality, the room is so beautiful and well equipped, that’s so satisfying. In the bathroom you have access to hot water and cold water. This property deserves five stars !

Everything was perfect

I love the syle, and the location, i am usually staying this hotel, this is my 4-5 times or more. I love they put water and there is coffee machine in the room, and also the bathroom is very nicely equipped. Good quality bed and bed staff.

Usually i am staying at this hotel, so I know it very well. This time I was dissappointed about the staff, we had someone very not experienced, they made mistakes at the checkin, and anopther dissappointing thing was it turned out that I accidentally booked with breakfast for all of us, but we are leaving very early so we can not have breakfast and before I paid they said they can not change it, i must pay for the breakfast also. I am sure they could change it, and I didnt understand why it is good for them that they know i paid for something that i didnt use, and for them it is not something that they can loose.

Great location overlooking the river, close to the national stadium (went to see Taylor Swift - got there on scooters!), nice walk down the river to bars on the river, the Plant Dome (didn't visit but looked nice) and the Old Town. Cool old electricity building next door housing shops and loads of great eateries and bars. Taxis are cheap to get further afield like the Uprising museum and ghetto walls. Good walk into the shopping district/bars/restaurants or an easy scoot! Lovely hotel, modern, clean, really comfortable, nice staff. Highly recommend
