1. The room's equipment was new : furniture and technique. 2. A lot of cafes and shops close to apartments. 3. Luggage room, where we left our luggage before check in. 4. We could check in earlier (11.30 am)

1. The room was cramped. We couldn't open the front door from our room fully, because our suitcases blocked them. But again, there were no place for suitcases, except for that. Also small size of the room allows spreading of the dirt, because there were very small place before bathroom to leave boots. 2. Pay attention, that cleaning is paid, even changing of towels.

It was clean, cozy and had everything necessary for a short weekend trip. We have stayed for four days and it didn’t feel too small although you might think so when you first enter. The staff member I had contact with was very friendly and helpful. The aparthotel provides the kettle, a small fridge and toiletries which is really great.

The parking situation is a little awkward. First of all you have to pay extra, which isn’t that much and it is fine as the parking has cameras and is underground so your car is protected from snow or rain. The real issue is the fact that in case it doesn’t open (which I understand happens manually by someone not automatically) you would have to call a Polish phone number, i.e. you might have charges on your phone for this call. A couple of times I had to wait for some time by the entrance and was about to call the number indicated (I was hesitant because when we checked in we were explained we would have to call the number and explain the security guards why we need to enter and I was unsure I would be able to communicate)

Room was extremely quiet taking into account the location of the hotel and constant traffic in the street. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and had everything you could need (fridge with small freezer slot, water kettle, bathroom, tableware, bottle opener etc.) Location was good, 4-5km from centrum and trams go frequently from right across the road. Restaurants and small grocery store are right downstairs.

There was no air conditioning so it was rather hot sometimes in the room, but considering the affordable price and other things in the accommodation, it's alright.

The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided great recommendations for things to do and see in the area. The room itself was beautifully designed with panoramic windows that provided stunning views of the surrounding area. The natural light that poured in through the windows created a warm and inviting atmosphere in the room. The large, comfortable bed was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The location of this accommodation was also fantastic. It was situated in a great area, close to many shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. That being said, the exceptional staff, beautiful design, and convenient location of this accommodation still make it a great option for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city. If the size of the room is not a major concern, then I would still highly recommend this accommodation. However, if space is a priority, it may be worth exploring other options in the area.

While my stay at this accommodation was overall very pleasant, there was one minor downside - the lack of a microwave. While the room was equipped with a refrigerator and dining utensils, not having a microwave made it a bit difficult to heat up food quickly or reheat leftovers. This was a minor inconvenience, however, and did not detract significantly from my overall experience. While the room was comfortable, it was a bit smaller than I had anticipated.

It was a smooth experience. Everything necessary was there. First of all, a hot shower. The place was clean. Electric kettle, TV and fridge is also present. The room is tiny, but for me it's ok. The street is quite noisy, but if you close the window - the room is pretty good isolated. There are several places to eat nearby: actually it's right in the building on ground floor. Most of all I liked a Chinese cafe. Mind there are construction work on the road by the hotel, so taxi cannot approach the property, you would need to go on approx. 100 m on foot. Not a problem for wheel luggage: the asphalt is good. The property is located on Wolska street which is a long street leading to the city center. You can rent one of numerous scooters around and fast travel to the downtown using a bike lane.

Finding the reception was a bit confusing for me: you see too many "Wolska" signs around. there's even extra reception which you see first. The sought reception is actually situated on back side of the building.

Liked the apartment I have chosen - big bed, small kitchen with all the necessary things in it, small balcony. There was no noise from the main street because the windows were located in the inner yard. The room was clean - the bed, the sheets, the bathroom. Also liked the underground garage where my car was safe. The instructions on how to enter the apartment were given upon arrival, also I received an email with instructions. Downstairs there are lots of places to eat depending on your taste - pizza, grill, fast food, ordinary meals. If I have a chance to visit Warsaw again, I'm staying in this place ;)

Nothing to mention.

The organisation of the stay was efficiently organised. The problem with no wi-fi access was solved within 5 min when the administrator went with me to the room, checked the equipment and found the reason. I would like to emphasize that wi-fi was quite strong all the time, which helped me work from the accomodation. I consider this accomodation to be my priority choice when I am in Warsaw.

There is nothing that I didn't like. Everything was better than I expected. All the facilities and conveniences were perfect, as for me. There was nothing for me to complain about.

location is great, apartments are new, clean, a bit small, but good for solo stay or 2 persons. there is a small kitchen in the apartment. also lots of restaurants on the ground floor. zabka grocery is in the same building, biedronka is 5 min away. also speed queen self-laundry is 15 min walk from the apartments. there is a good park on the other side of the road, but please be careful at the evening hours - lack of light and i had unpleasant case with a stalker man. (i was lucky enough to meet group of dog owners, and he stopped following me)

Check-in and check-out processes were easy and followed by the detailed instructions. Location is great, bus and tram stop is near the building entrance. The room was clean and cozy, I liked the kettle and the hairdryer, they were very useful.

The beds are super narrow, it was not really comfortable to sleep. And also there are lots of benches in the yard under the windows, and my last night was ruined by extremely loud company of people, I couldn’t sleep till 5am, but that’s not a hotel’s fault.

The room was warm. They gave me only one blanket per bed so I was worried I was going to feel cold but I didn't! The position of the apartments is also very good, there's the bus and tram stop right in front of it, and you can go by foot to bakeries and supermarkets (like Biedronka and Żabka). The place is very quiet: I know that some people rent rooms and some others throw 1 night parties but I've heard nothing and slept through the night with no problems.

I gave 9 and not 10 for these little details that are not tragic but could be improved: - the bed and pillows were very uncomfy - the WiFi didn't work (it connected with the password they gave me but I couldn't connect to the internet) - they didn't clean the room even though the cleaning service was clearly included in the price. Fortunately I was alone so I used all the 4 towels they gave for 2 people.
