fast internet, I could easily work from the hotel room. air condition - good temperature even though it was super hot outside.

in the pictures, the rooms seems to be very nice and modern. But in reality they are quite small. When I toke a bath - the bathroom drain in the bath was broken and the water was leaking, so I could not enjoy the bath. The bed was not that pleasant to sleep in and I could hear the air ventilation, even when I have turned off the air condition. It was noisy and it was bothering me in the middle of the night. Old TV, with remote control that was not working. Room had balcony but there were now chairs to sit on :) - so pretty useless

It was amazing experience. The hotel was by the main road on a very new area. Even our balcony was situated on this main road but inside was super quiet. We couldn't hear even the people living in a next rooms which is quite often a problem in another hotels. The apartment was one of the cheapest we chose and still was very beaufil.. Very nice and clean bathroom and. The hotel was amazing. We paid for an amazing breakfast with a many variety of the different food, dips.. The sweat treats in the breakfast bufet weren't too sweet which was very nice surprise too. You'll be happy if you visit them! 🙂

Location is great, easy access to the city centre and airport by car. The building is modern and has a more upscale feel to it. The rooms are good sized and love the fact that they come with a kitchenette and there are plenty of washing machines on the 6th and 7th floors. The building also features ample parking.

The parking charge was pretty high and to be paid per day. Our shower was blocked so the water went down quite slowly. As it was the weekend they couldn’t get maintenance to fix it, it had to wait until Monday. They couldn’t put us in a new room either as they were fully booked. They did offer a room change but only next day.

Quick check-in and out. Among the trend of person-less, automatic service it's nice to actually talk to a person who can answer questions. There are nice facilities nearby the hotel, foods, convenience shops, bakeries. Close to the public transportation nodes, trams and buses - to the western train station and to the city centre. Suprisingly being next to a busy road it wasn't noisy at all - but we had a room pretty high up.

Can't think of anything that was actually bad. One thing I could pick on is during signing the contract at check-in the lady behind the counter rushed me to sign it. I didn't see anything suspicious in the paper form I was filling but I would urge others to read the form carefully in case. Oh, and it could be a bit cheaper ;)

Convenient location, close to the center. Several grocery stores, cafes/restaurants are within walking distance. The room was quite clean (no greasy stains/fingerprints on drawers or kitchen appliances, clean bathroom, etc.). Things like dishwashing sponge, liquid, capsules were provided.

Although the room was clean, the towels and bed linen were old and required replacement. The towels had already turned grey and had damaged edges due to their age. There were questionable stains on the bedding. Such things, in my opinion, have the greatest effect on the feeling of comfort at a hotel. The breakfast had a poor choice of dishes, and the foam on the cappuccino from the coffee machine looked like the machine needed a good clean. Overall, the hotel is overpriced considering the quality of the rooms and service.

Very clean, well equipped apartments. Breakfast was good, personnel very very helpful 👍 we had a superior apartments with nice balcony on the 10th floor. Parking with direct access via elevator was great 👍

It was very very hot in the apartments and climate control doesn’t work to reduce a temperature. We kept opened windows all the day, no sense to use resources in a such a way (( there was some insects in the bathroom

The staff was exceptionally helpful at every point of contact. The booking offered great value for money. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, even though retractable beds usually aren't. Despite being located on a busy street, the room was surprisingly well soundproofed.

The room was surprisingly small, but it was adequate for a two-night stay for my partner and me. It would have been nice to have at least one chair on the balcony, as there was none. However, it was manageable.

Absolutely amazing apartments, this was my 2nd visit, but my first was probably 8 hours maximum , last year for a The HARDKISS concert, I arrived from the train station (via easy bus transfer), showered, changed and the went to the gig. Cameback about 7 hours later for 2 hours sleep before leaving to get a train to Krakow for flight home. Those few hours were more than enough to put them at the top of my list for Warsaw accomodation... Thankfully this time I had several very relaxed days here and everything was just as good as I remembered from last June. Apartment spotless.. WiFi amazing (there was a WiFi access point in the wardrobe..) Amazingly handily place for getting into the city center, either on tram, bus, or Uber etc.. And the fact there is a train station about 3 mins walk away (Wola), was a major bonus on departure. So easy to get a train to the airport from that station.,

Location is phenomenal, transportation under the hotel (really few meters), room was clean, beds comfortable, supermarket, caffe, and pizza place beneath, and oh, billiard bar (lovely!)

Electricity fell down while i was in the shower, tried to call the reception but no one answered, staff were less helpful than expected comparing to other hotel/apartments, overall the value goes for the good things we had above (transportation, supermarket/restaurants, etc…)

A great apartment. Everything that we needed was there. The room was clean and comfortable There were three of us and it was great that we could stay together and still we had privacy thanks to separate bedrooms. This is something we appreciated. The breakfast... I have never seen anything like this: the choice was unbelievably rich! Fruit, dairy, meat, and even people who prefer sweet breakfast could find something. Definitely the best breakfast buffet ever!
