I just thought it was a quirky idea. The staff where very helpful and friendly and location for just about everything was great. I liked that you could buy food on site and it was reasonably priced I would stay again if I came back to warsaw as I think it's Brilliant idea

Having to pay to leave bags. First time in over 20 countries visited that I've experienced this it was expensive just surprising. The kitchen only had tiny fridge for guests and everyone was piling food on top of each others. Kitchen in general seemed to lack equipment not an issue for me as I didn't really use it but it might be for others. Also only 6 showers fine when I was there as wasn't fully booked but I can't imagine what that be like in peak season. Also didn't like that the light switch for capsule was at the opposite end from the door.

Capsules are comfortable and as described. The bathrooms are clean and there are enough facilities. It felt safe and was in a good location

There was some noise and light but this was minimal (if you want a super quiet hotel, book a hotel). I thought it was slightly overpriced. It costs about £26 per night and you can get a really nice apartment for about £55 per night. I feel the capsule would be better priced at about £15 however ultimately it’s supply and demand. Still fairly good value

Nice location, big and warm capsule, each guest gets slippers, there’s a kitchen on the ground flour where you can cook (theres a microwave and a kettle) and leave your groceries in the fridge, very nice stuff that explains everything to you

Would be nice to add more surfaces in shower and the room with hairdryers, people had to put their clothes and toiletries on the flour, also there is no place to dry the towel (you wouldn’t pay for the drying machine for one towel) maybe add some rails in the capsule to just dry the towel

Excellent location, friendly staff and incredible cleanliness.

The remote controlled rolling shutter, which works as the curtain of each capsule, is noisy. I know why it's electric (i.e. for security reason) but the noise woke me up every time my neighbour(s) used it. Besides, the frame of the shutter, especially the bottom part, is flimsy and makes loud noise too.

The concept works, the capsule is comfortable enough and there are adequate common bathroom & shower facilities. The staff is helpful. There's even a laundry service. Location is perfect, close to the city's main restaurant street Nowy Swiat, and a minute away from a metro stop, yet on a side street with minimal traffic noise.

Two things. 1) The luggage locker is not big, those on a, say, long backpacking trip may not be able to fit their packs there - I was just able to stash my bag there. 2) While the capsules are soundproofed, the opening and closing mechanism is not quiet. You will hear your neighbors using it. Use earplugs, either bring your own or use the ones provided by the staff.

I love that this hostel is quiet! I was a bit concerned at first because of the capsule concept, but there were no concerns. The staff were very helpful with suggestions about the local area and friendly. The location is excellent! It is close to museums, gay bar (Pose) and a bathhouse (Heaven), universities, shopping, and the Central Bus Station.

The bathroom in the reception area was broken and closed. This made it a hassle to remove your shoes and to return to your slippers, go up three flights of stairs, and back down again. Also, additional electric outlets in the reception area would have been useful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and well kept. The capsule room is quiet and I had a great sleep there. I loved the chilled music they play in the bathrooms and showers haha. Location of the hostel is very handy. One of my favourite hostels!

Spacious enough Capsules (1.5-2 people can fit). Clean bathrooms and showers. Nice lobby music in the bathrooms. Friendly staff.

Mine had a not so bright light inside compared to other Capsules. The Capsules are noisy when opening and closing. I didn't mind but some people might. You have to leave your shoes in the entrance. Not so convenient but I understand it is for cleanliness purposes. You need to pay extra for towel, shampoo, and other facilities.

The capsules are great, but not really soundproof. If you are a light sleeper definitely use the earplugs (available for free at the reception desk). Everything was clear, the linens were clear, the "room" was quite spacious so I would say it's a perfect option for a one or two nights stay.

The showers were a little bit weird, I couldn't change the temperature so it was really hot and the handlings were a little bit rusty (tho they were very clean). There is a small hidden cost, if you want a towel you have to pay extra, it's not expensive (8 PLN), but comparing to the cost of a single night its like an extra 10% of the room price.

Just booked this for the experience. There were barely a few people when I went there, so it was very very quiet, clean and overall better than expected. If you are concerned about sharing toilets ask yourself if you don't already share if you are working in an office environment every day. They were nice, welcomimg and acommodating with my requests. Thank you to the ladies from reception, they are really nice and smiling a lot.

I wish they had a few more indoor activities to enjoy like snooker / table tennis and such, that don't require a big investment or maintainance, but I am aware that most of their customers are solo travellers and just coming for a sleep or two. It would have made my experience a bot better, and I believe I have seen a banner saying "Kapsula biliard" but it was always closed.
