The rooms were clean, breakfast was good. We were the only group an hour before closing the restaurant and there were no problems with accepting us and making the food - it was good. There wasn't an iron in the room, but the reception gave it, when asked about it.

The people working there didn't speak good english, but it was enough to understand each other about common questions. We were a group of 10 people (5 rooms) - in one the AC was dripping on the carpet, and in some rooms there was a bad smell from the drainage (shower and sink) - maybe it was a cleaning problem at the time we were staying.

We stayed for one night and were very satisfied, the room was newly furnished and cozy, the staff was nice, breakfast - very tasty and filling. The place was very suitable for us, because it is close to the highway, so we were able to continue our trip in the morning by bypassing the city center. We recomend this hotel :) By the way we were traveling with a baby, I think he had the best sleep in his baby cot in past 5 nights :)

Nothing to complain.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. We came for the Warsaw Triathlon and had a transportation pre-booked. In the night before the event our transportation got cancelled. The barkeeper tried to organize a taxi, but felt it was too expensive so convinced us to try free now, which is a taxi app, that he warmly recommended and turned out the be working perfectly fine. In the morning we got a 5AM break fast so we could leave early to reach the ironman start in time.

Love everything about this hotel, super helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, beds are wonderful, breakfast has plenty of choice and really fresh. I will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Place is very nice, public transport (Bus) is very close.

When I came back to the accommodation in the evening, there was a little bit of smell of old air. So it is necessary to open the window.

I think astaff could be more friendly. Check in and out took time, even if I had paid all i.n advance. Why not ‘wish you a pleasant stay/day’…. Like staff would do in WESTERN Europe.

The breakfast was very tasty and good, exceeded expectations. Room was good quality and looks quite new. All in all, everything was really nice and good.

Small fridge in room would be nice to have a cool drink nearby. Also staff was a little bit grumpy.

Amazing staff, very helpful, welcoming and professional. Really went the extra mile to make my stay very comfortable and exceptionally pleasant. Amazing food, recommend eating in!

access to the hotel has two sections of very poor road surface. not suitable for low-slung sports cars ;-)

It was very clean, room looked really nice. Decent breakfast, but not much of a choice.

Not very good location, it was very far away from center with a lot of traffic. Also, not all of the staff talked in english.

Location was good for us as we were visiting Konstancin-Jeziorna, Bielawa and Wilanów. It was convenient and the staff was friendly. It is calm and quiet with close bus stops.
