Location by the road, easily accessible. Sufficiently large parking lot. A convenient, small grocery store on the first floor. Also, a large food supermarket a few hundred meters away. The receptionist was pleasant and polite. The room was clean and tidy. Moderately extensive breakfast selection; food was tasty and fresh; the choice of vegetables was even wider than in some higher-class hotels.

The windows of our room looked directly onto a very busy, noisy road. Since the room had no ventilation system, we had to sleep with the windows open to the constant noise. There is no lift to get your heavy luggage onto the upper floors.

Fair offer for this nicely maintained place. Surely not a luxury resort but still a clean decent place to spend a couple of nights if you need to be positioned somewhere close to ursynow/imielin area. Extremely friendly staff, nice kitchen area available with tables and cutlery - can make some tea, grab hbw etc. Excellent breakfast - well beyond the expectations! Flexibility is brilliant - kindly asked for a late check out - and we were allowed to stay till 6pm (for free!) - being nice pays :))

Rooms facing the highway surely a bit noisy even at night; no aircons so if the weather is hot might not get that pleasant at all! Higher levels only accessible by stairs - and property fairly warns about that!

Great place to stay for a short or long time period. The girls at the reception and restaurant are just amazing. We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to all staff of the hotel, and especially to Marina and Katya. They helped us a lot with organizational questions, were very responsive, and highly professional, always welcoming despite work overload. We greatly appreciated the most delicious breakfasts with a huge variety of cheeses, eggs in different styles, sausages, fruits, vegetables, tea, milk, and coffee, just amazing. The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can easily get access to public transport, Auchan nearby, and small local grocery stores. We had a room with a fully equipped kitchenette, which was really helpful, especially if you want to save some money. Anything could be bought at Auchan and quickly cooked at your private kitchenette in the room. The induction cooktop was of great help. The overall experience was amazing.

The only problem that we personally experienced was a low level of soundproofing between the rooms. Constantly running and screaming children distracted us during the day and night. But I guess it's more the problem of unreasonable parents than of the hotel. Parents with children need to be instructed to keep their children quiet and control their behavior.

good location close to the airport, nice and clean. especially liked a small garden in front. Breakfast was great, very tasty and delicious with lots of food to choose from.

I guess it was cleaning liquid smell in all Hotel, but it doesn't bothered.

Very clean! Simple as that, but very important. I also liked free parking.

The door to the room could isolate sound and light better. My room was next to the reception, so it was particularly important. Fortunately, after ~22:30 the lights went off and it was quiet in the corridor.

There wasn't shower gel or shampoo in the bath. And there wasn't any slippers

Everything was good and clean. As we only stayed one night in between of travelling, we didn't need much, but the place was very good and comfortable.

the room was clean and there was space. breakfast was good, and there was a parking in front of the hotel. Our plane was delayed but the man for check-in wait for us, so thank you :)
