The staff and location were very nice, I was sent the instruction to get to my room in advance as i was going to check-in at night. I enjoyed a lot the room, so much space, there are some hangers, a table and cupboard in case of a longer stay. Clean everywhere and a great bed!! The kitchen is well equipped, you can make tea and coffee for free as well. It was very quiet, what was absolutely necessary for me after a long travel.

In my room when I switched off the lights, the lamps were making some noise. It reminded like cracks from time to time. The wifi connection was unreachable in my room. But despite this I will stay at this hostel next time for sure and will recommend my friends!

The Hostel is in the centre of Warsaw, the bus stop for the airport (bus 175) is on the other side of the road with many other public transports stops. The entrance is easy with the given the codes. You go down on the street and find markets, typical polish restaurants and foreigners too, bakers, strip club, music clubs, pubs and different shops. However the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The room in which I stayed was modern, clean and considerably cheap given the quality of the Hostel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed 5 nights I found everything almost perfect.

Everything was quite right.

It has a great location, close to the night life, old town, centre. While some of the facilities could be considered more old fashioned, everything was really clean and comfortable. Our room also had a beautiful view and the hostel itself is located in a beautiful historic looking building.

The only issue we faced, was that one of the mattresses was quite uncomfortable. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this place, as it is located right next to night life, and on weekend nights it gets quite loud on the streets, but for us that wasn’t a problem.

Awesome gem close to the centre, this hostel is more like a hotel! Wonderful staff, warm rooms and very CLEAN! They have a box with clean towels you can help yourself with, huge amounts of toilet paper -so you never have bad surprises when you go to the toilet!-, even a hair dryer with a diffuser!!

The bell/telephone ringing and playing on the speakers at night. It would be good to at least disconnect the speakers when the staff leaves! Also a good idea could be to have a staff member on duty on Friday night, as many people were drunk and screaming loudly at night.

Location is great. I don’t know who wrote reviews about noise - it was very quiet ( I was staying Thursday-Friday) Staff is amazing. Very helpful Hostel has everything I was needed. Highly recommended

Room at 4th floor ( under roof) was a bit hot. Room has fan, not very help but still. Bathroom at 4th floor in the morning was always occupied. Solution - go to 3rd floor, they always have available shower and toilet. Also in the evening wifi on 4th floor couldn’t be connected because of a lot of users. I got solution - connect wifi from 3rd floor. It was working perfectly

I was very satisfied with the room and the comfort of the hostel generally. It is a good location but see comment below. Incidently I did subsequently try to book in the sister hostel in Wroclaw but they would not take a booking for three weeks. I do not know if this applies to Warsaw.

In no way was it the fault of the hostel but twice in six days the main road by the hostel was closed off for traffic, without warning with no information whatsoever as to where the bus had been diverted to. In addition once the trams were not operating and I was directed to a bus which I was told would go on the same route and it did not.

Property in the center in the beautiful building. Clean and comfortable rooms and bathroom.

It was changing of laminate/carpet in the corridor when I stayed so it was a bit uncomfortable to walk between raw materials and workers were on the corridor till 8-9 pm in front of my door. But I can understand, it’s fine, was not loud. Receptionist could be a bit more friendly and smile or say “hello”. One of two hairdryers were not working.

First and foremost this is my 3rd stay at Moon, in a3 rd different room, this a double-single with a bath&shower, seems more like hotel room, then a hostel, top notch, first class for a tourist visit to Warsaw, city centre, good view from windows, all sight for seeing with a walking distance, the hostel staff is superb,polite, helpful, and nice. Unexpectedly, for almost the centre of the capital and close proximity top the most renown university, it is very quiet. /but everything you expect from a hostel- like comm kitchen was of course also where it should be.:)

The only thing that I can point out is maybe the lack of a in room refrigerator, but it is not what we would expect from a hostel

i had a chance to try out 2 different rooms first a single for 2 nights, then a double for 2 nights, in both I slept alone, each room had a big closet and and outside view, safe, tough doors, so you could leave your things safely while going to the common bath. the room was clean, had spare linen, and a chair with a table. both rooms had a TV which I did not use. The double had superb table, chair, bed comfort. Baths were clean and felt safe. customer was entitled to take as many towels as he wished during the stay. returning after reception was closed was also not a problem. excellent room cleaning service, which you could politely ask for some help. The double had a lovely balcony, with chairs for two(not mentioned on the site that there is one). The single had a refrigerator in the room, in addition to the one in the common kitchen.Common kitchen had tea for customers, and other basic kitchen necessities(salt, sugar etc.). Location is fantastic side street to one of the landmark streets of Warsaw :Nowy Swiat

The single had a really shaky chair, the double had a perfect one, the chair in the single seemed overused. the single room's bed timbering seemed used.. Also table in single was to small to eat a comfortable meal on one person, you could make do with it, but it was far from how comfortable the double' room's table was. The bathrooms lacked hangers for clothes, and a stool to change clothes. in the near presence to the showers, and also lacked any handrails (it would be safer to have those.nevertheless hostel seemed very safe for me. Top notch Hostel, one of the best if not the best in Warsaw.

the room was big and comfortable, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I have arrived very late, but there was no problem with the keys (I have collected the key from a locker). the night of my stay was very cold (and very snowy), but there was an additional heater in the room that was easy to use. bathroom was shared, but it was literally next door from my room, so that was convenient. I had to work after the checkout, and there was no problem staying in the facility after checkout time.

the water pressure in the bathroom (both shower and faucet) was very very weak, it was almost impossible to take a shower or wash your hands.
