Great location! and the studio was spacious.

In general, the hotel is old. Carpets and coaches are stained, and the shower in our room is broken. The room felt stuffy, there was no air con and the windows were very small and could not be open during the night because of noise outside. Must reserve parking which we did not know about.

The person in reception was extremely helpful. I forgot the charger for my iPhone and she found one for me I got there earlier than the check in time but as my room was ready I was allowed to do an earlier check in and lastly but MUST important was that the taxi I had booked the night before my departure through a taxi app didn’t showed up. I thought I was going to miss my flight however the young woman in reception got me a Taxi within minutes and I made it to the airport! I’ll certainly book again. Thank you!

A bit of noise from the club next door at night but nothing to worry about.

Ladies at the reception are very kind, friendly and helpful. Check in and check out went really smoothly. Hotel is located in a strict centrum, close to the attractions,shops and restaurants.Easy to walk to the main train station. Room was clean and had all necessities.

My room was located just next to the lift and there was a table with two armchairs in the hall for the guests. Fortunately for me, nobody had an idea to sit there and talk at night😅. From time to time I heard guests talking while waiting for the lift, but it is to be expected🙂. Other than that, all was great.

the location is in the city centre, there is an elevator and a luggage room; the room has a working blow dryer; the couch can be opened into sort of bed (but you probably shouldn't sleep there, it is only comfy to sit and watch tv like this)

the area itself is next to a bar so it can be noisy at night; although there is an elevator – you have to go up the stairs to get to the entrance, so not that accessible, you are probably gonna have to lift you luggage to the entrance by carrying it in your hands + if you are disabled, this might be an issue; there is some soap and shower gel, but no shampoo or conditioner, so be prepared for that; the door to the bathroom was designed horribly and has no locks (still usable though) – i was staying with a friend so no lock in a twin is complicating things a little; the tv doesn't work – it seemed like it was because of the hdmi cable though

Very close to the city center, to the restaurants, to the supermarket. The staff was extremely nice, they even let me keep the luggage in storage all day after the check-out. The room was ready 1h earlier than the official check-in, and they let me have it, even though I previously told them I would arrive later in the afternoon (but my plans changed last minute). Easy to find, clean. I was afraid it might be hot in the room, but it was very pleasant and I did not even had to use the fan they put at my disposal. Would stay there again if I returned to the city.

For a single room, the room itself, as well as the bed and comfort room are quite spacious. I loved the bed and the shower. In terms of location, it can be a little confusing to find where the hotel is exactly but it is actually well located. The bus station is just 2 mins away and there are plenty of restaurants around the area.

An extra pillow could have been nice. There was only one pillow but it's a minor issue. It can also get a little noisy outside because restaurants are nearby but I still slept soundly during the night despite the occasional yelling of drunken tourists outside.

Very close to city centre, easy check in, very nice staff. Rooms are in a bit outdated style but very clean and well prepared.

Room card holder says breakfast between 7 and 10am. Hotel guide in room says breakfast between 7 and 9am on level 0. When we went downstairs and asked where they serve breakfast, we were told they don't do that and that we can go buy something on the street... nobody told us that information on cards is not updated when we arrived.

The location is great, close to the central railway station, just 15 mins walking distance or 5 mins by public transport. It has a lot of coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores around. Close to the city center. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The room was tidy, with comfy bed. It had also a hairdryer, which is apparently not a very common practice in Warsaw hotels. Also, for me it is a big plus that the hotel has elevator. Very quick check in and it is available at late hours.

It would be great if the hotel would provide the kettle and tea/coffee bags in the room. Also, I know that there is an option to have breakfast in the hotel, but I couldn’t find details of that - could be good to add a small information brochure on that including pricing, menu or what type of breakfast is available. Or add this information on the website.

- my default choice for the hotel when I am in Warsaw; - super location on Chmielna and very near Nowy Swiat; - reasonable walking distance to Central Railway station or Centrum metro station; - I like Chmielna and Niwy Swiat vibe so feel happy every time I stay there; - staff are very kind and genuinely attentive; - I had a member of staff sorting out for me the taxi service last time I was there, while I was busy panicking I would not make it to the airport in time for my flight. But the taxi service they ordered got me to the airport in time for my flight :))

Everything was exactly as advertised promised. The front desk was accessible 24h and it was easy to communicate with staff, an amazing location – 3min walking time from the most busy city street that leads to the old city. There was a very comfortable mattress, even though I decided to stay in a small room. Wifi was smooth and a little work desk appeared to be very handy for handling my emails. It's highly recommended for solo travelers and small business owners.
