Very central location, short walk to main tourist street and not far from old town. Can be a bit tricky to find, entrance to street/square through a building from main road. Lucky for us the taxi driver was aware of this.

Advertised as with Balcony - it doesn't have one, and I believe none of the rooms do. Internet was not working at all. Our room was above a bar - very noisy with windows open (and as it was quite warm in Warsaw, that was required) - not so bad when shut. The square that the hotel is located in acts as an amphitheatre, and you can hear everything in the room from down below. A bathmat would have been nice.

Hotel is almost in the center of Warsaw, has a very friendly and helpful employees. The hotel is a bit hidden among buildings though, it took me a minute to find it when I first arrived. My Uber driver couldn't find how to get to the main entrance and I had to walk two blocks with my suitcase (just make sure your driver knows where they take you). Many restaurants around. Also, very close to the railway station. The room was clean. I asked a person at the reception to book a taxi for me for 4am, and the taxi was there on time. Overall, a positive experience. I would stay here again.

Great location, great place, great staff. They are very helpful. Especially Mariela. Close to everything in the city with a walk of no more than 10 minutes, 5 minutes if you ealk fast:) Its place is better than big 5 star hotels. I would stay again. Thank you.

Nothing. Maybe only there are some homeless people sleeping on a bed at the entrance gate. They do not disturb you personally but sometimes creep out when you come late. There is nothing the hotel can do about it though:) Thanks.

Great location for bars and cheap food and the central Warsaw railway station (only 10-15 mins walk away). Also loads of shops (small shops and larger stores in a shopping centre) are within walking distance. Hotel was good value, basic facilities, but all that was needed, and nice and clean,.There is a bar next door, nice and handy, not too noisy. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel reception is manned 24/7 which made me feel more secure being a lone traveller.

Perfect location. Cafes, parks, shops, and attractions are nearby. Breakfast in the bar next door, the selection is not too big. You will have to settle for scrambled eggs, omelets or sandwiches, and cheap coffee. This option is suitable if you don't want to go further and look for another place. The price is accordingly not high.

If you are traveling by car, be sure to reserve a parking space. Very narrow yards and inconvenient parking. A little cold in the rooms. At night, you will hear the loud customers of the nearest bar.

Good location in the city center. All interesting places in walking distance. Near hotel a lot of bars and restaurants. The room is clean, hotel staff is friendly. The parking place near hotel, but necessary to reserve it in advance.

Maybe for somebody it will be important, this place not so quiet in the evening, you can hear the music and people from the nearest club.

Just about everything with a couple or so exceptions.

1.Very few electric outlet in the room making it hard to charge laptop and other devices. 2. Coffee machine slow, and inefficient, needs the receptionist to run it and it could simply be free. 3. Info on getting in the yard was not obvious and I had to walk back and forth in the rain ending up needing to call the hotel

The room was excellent, the view was ok, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the size of the room was terrific. The staff was very helpful.

Wifi was terrible, not a good signal, I had to keep using my phone's internet. The location is tough to follow, it would be great to show a map in the instructions with a few pictures or something, we spent about 30 mins to 1 hour trying to find the place, and more if you do not speak Polish or know anything about Poland.

The location was perfect-in the heart of Warsaw. There are many bars/pubs near the hotel. The room is clean and has good size, however it would benefit from a conditioner. There is a fan in the room but I doesn’t help in hot weather. It was difficult to find the place-the hotel is inside of a yard and the taxi driver got lost. Overall the hotel is great and we enjoyed staying there.

Whenever I stay in Warsaw I book this hotel-it never disappoints. It is clean, the studios and apartments are specious, staff always very accommodating and friendly. Good value for money and great location with a walking distance to the Old Town and the Central Train Station. Even the bus to the airport is a short distance away. Perfect!
