We were lucky to get a room on the 8th floor with access to patio, which appeared to be a perfect spot for morning yoga. The breakfast was good and had a quite big assortment of foods. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is great, next to various restaurants, shopping mall and the Central Railway station. But if you came to explore the historical center, it will take you a nice amount of walk.

I respect the eco-friendly approach, which results in a 3 in 1 hand soap/body wash/shampoo in the bathroom. But it is very drying for skin. So it would be perfect to supplement it with a body moisturiser and a hair conditioner, which currently are not offered by the hotel.

Really cool modern decor, great location, comfortable beds, variety of TV channels, good quality robes. Good variety regarding room service breakfast, helpful cleaning staff members ! Despite all the “but” I would give it a go and come back.

ROOM SERVICE FOOD Quality of the room service food (except breakfast) is more like a 2/3* hotel. I got the worst and the most expansive Cesar salad ever. Cheap ingredients for the cesar salad (deep fried cold chicken, cold garlic toast) I got a mojito with flowers instead of mint-I would definitely not recommend it for the price. After the complaint it was exchanged for the Burger-still below average quality. LAYOUT Tiny reception area that gets overcrowded during checkins, QR codes confusing for the elderly (they are on the bathroom mirror)-you need them to get the menus, slippers, robes etc. Laundry rooms was broken so there was no fresh towels during my stay, reception staff don’t even bother to ask “how was everything” during the checkout.

Excellent hotel with brilliant location and helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfort. We will definitely visit again!

- Bed similar to Asian hotel style, but maybe a bit harder than that - 2nd floor rooms facing inwards are to AVOID. If you are unlucky, you have the stretching area of the neighbor GYM as a view and they have you. Basically didn't open the curtains one single time. (This could be resolved with filter glass or so) I did ask for the highest possible floor, of course, there are no guarantees. - Breakfast was good quality, but for me personally, the warm food option was less than I expected in such a fine hotel, and refill of food and cups was lacking during the high amount of visitors. - A smile would help in the customer experience, all staff was accordingly and kind :)

I recently stayed at the NYX Hotel in Warsaw and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. It's situated just a short walk from the Central Railway Station, which was exceptionally handy for my travels. Additionally, the reception team was outstanding. I had requested them to book a taxi for both my arrival from the airport and my departure, and they handled both requests efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. In the dining area, while the service was competent, it felt a bit impersonal. The restaurant staff, though efficient, could offer more warmth and smiles to guests. In our room, the inability to open or close the windows meant we had to depend solely on the AC system, which wasn't as precise as I'd hoped for managing in-room temperature. Additionally, our room keys stopped functioning precisely at our check-out time, making the process of moving our luggage out a bit tricky since we had to leave the door open.

First of all this is a recently built very modern hotel, built to exceptional standards, it had 7 lifts! The staff are very helpful and all speak fluent English. It is in a very central location for getting around the city. The hotel is absolutely spotless and the modern decor is excellent. We would definitely book this hotel again and have no problems in recommending it to anyone. Our room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. The views from the 8th floor were great, especially at night with all the lights everywhere. The aircon was excellent as was the bathroom. The bar downstairs had beautiful decor and decent prices. They allowed us to leave our suitcase securely after we had booked out plus use the bar whilst we waited for our taxi.

The mini bar was empty. Warsaw is not a particularly tourist centric location. We were lucky enough to stumble across one of the two Information offices who were able to advise us how to get to the old town and also provided us with a map. We were very surprised that no tourist information was available at the hotel. We didn't have the buffet breakfast as we felt that £16 per head was a bit steep.

The hotel really looks amazing, the staff is very friendly, it's located near 2 big shopping centers, so there's a lot of options of everything you might need. Room was small, but well organized, breakfast was superb.

The only thing that kinda annoyed me - me and my wife tried to get an afternoon nap, we had the "No, thanks!" sign on our door handle. The housekeeping lady was obviously cleaning the room next to us, but it was a half hour banging of doors which wasn't just loud, but also shook the whole bed. After that despite the sign she started knocking on our door saying housekeeping - what's the point of the sign if they are going to simply ignore it. Please respect your guests privacy.

Lovely hotel. very modern and elegant. Staff very helpful and friendly. Comfy bed and elegant interior, spacious bathroom.. the only thing was a bit of sewage smell in the bathroom, so maybe something staff should check. Room number: 310. Location overall very good if you travel by train, as walking distance from the main station. It took me a long time to find the hotel though since not many people knew where the Chmielna str is (apparently its a very long street and not many knew where it exactly is). So if you do not know the city, and don't want to walk a lot.. take a taxi... It took me 2h to find the hotel which was located 6min walk from Main station.. was a bit if of a nightmare. Loved the roof-top bar on 19th floor.. Very friendly staff and beautiful views at night. Would def recommend.
