This hotel provides clean and unsophisticated accommodation in a good location, close to Warsaw University. There are many restaurant around and a shopping mall is a few minutes walk away. Good sized room, nice bathroom. Room was clean, including under the bed. Breakfast was OK; it included vegetables which is a big plus for me. The coffee was good. Staff was nice and helpful. There is a lobby with a small restaurant and bar. Overall, good value for money, and I will stay here again.

Very good hotel. The room is not large, but it has a good interior and there is what you need in a hotel room. And with a really good bathroom. The hotel staff is very friendly and service minded. The breakfast is very good and there are many different dishes to choose from. Unfortunately, the coffee is from a coffee machine and the coffee could be of a better quality. But this hotel a really good choice.

The hotel location is close to a street with a lot of traffic. The window in the room closed tightly, but if you want the window open, you can hear a lot of traffic noise. The coffee for breakfast could be of a better quality. It would be good to have coffee served in a jug, so that you don't have to stand in line for the coffee machine - which quite often are very slow to make just a small cup of coffee.

I liked the renewed breakfast menu, more healthy food. A large selection of bread and milk. The fruits are cut into slices. Very cool breakfast team, filled empty plates quickly, brought gluten free bread. Various cheeses, spreads, tasty cakes. Coffee is not very good :)

Although there is almost no noise from the street in the rooms, you can hear the noise of the conditioner. I wouldn't have slept without earplugs. I don't understand the room cleaning system. It was cleaned 1 time in 4 days. I looked for a maid myself, asked for toilet paper and dry towels...

What can I say? Hampton by Hilton is always top quality! Coming here pretty often, and every single time I love it a lot! 1. Location is amazing! Right in the city center. 7 min to get to the shopping mall, 10 min to get to the train station, supermarket right near the hotel... Just amazing! 2. Hotel looks cool and modern, that's a big advantage for me. I know it wasn't built yesterday but it looks like new, and I enjoy it! 3. Staff is great. Always nice and welcoming, ready to help. 4. Breakfasts are amazing! Those sausages, fresh juices, waffles, chocolate, fruits... I'm speechless. Some fish and pancakes would be a cool addition too btw :) 5. The rooms have nice quality. The bed is high (it's a plus for me) and very comfy, there is enough space in the room, bathroom is pretty good. I just like it a lot!

The only disadvantage for me is that the windows don't open so you can't get any fresh air, and that's what I need sometimes. Air conditioning is there though

The hotel is located 5 minutes away from the main station , buses /trams/ metro available nearby to any destination. Breakfast is very good , clean ,comfortable and big android tv as well , large room ,comfy bed. And in high floors it just look as if you are in new-york.

The stuff clean the room every other day as a policy ,just keep in mind . The bathroom sink ( at my room )is not cofortable enough since you have to bend over to clean your teeth/shave. Inspite all we'll come back for sure for the location advandage .

location, breakfast, rooms were good

no fridge in room,although it said pay at property, before arrival they took a holding deposit on my credit card ( with out my knowledge) i then paid with a different card on arrival, only to then find they had taken the holding deposit from my other card but instead of the zloty value they took that same number in my currency, which was triple the amount!! although they said it has been refunded, my card is extremely slow at showing the reversal so i still don't know if it has happened or not, not a stress you need whilst travelling

Room was super nice, clean and comfy. The bed was very comfy, I had very good sleep over very very long time. Room is quiet, u don’t hear much neighbours or city sounds. The location is good, everything we needed was nearby. View is lovely, right to the city center, we specially loved it at evening time.

Breakfast area was quite crowdy at 9-11 and there wasn’t enough some food. Hiring more staff for busy hours would be helpful I guess.

the hotel is close to warsaw centralna station.warsaw centralna station does not have good infrastructure there is a lack of lifts to haul your heavy luggage which we did!!! maybe we failed to loacte the lifts and used the ramps someone local can help us on this. so if you are booking this hotel for proximity and arrival to centralna you better change your station to gdanska which we found had excellent lifts inspite of being a small station. preferably use a taxi even for a short distance to the hotel. the hotel has a small waiting area below with luggage trolleys positioned but no concierge or luggage personnel here. the reception is on first floor and then to your room with access controlled elevator. rooms are compact just right for your one night stay if you intend to catch a train at the centralna station.if you are flying out chopin airport is 7 kms away and costs around PLN 42 to reach there. the hotel reception helped us to call a taxi once we checked out. checkin and checkout process was smooth. breakfast had a good spread and reasonable space but hotel advises you to avoid crush peak hours of 9-10. rooms were clean showers working and good fittings.toiletries and towels were fresh. in warsaw prefer this over airport hotels which may get costly.

small constricted entrance but no complaints its in central warsaw and you get a good deal in prices.

There was lots to choose from at breakfast. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion were provided in the bathroom. The hotel was easy to find and is a short walk from major transport links. There was an iron and ironing board in the room. The convenience store - Zabka - is right next to the hotel.

I’m being picky but the sliding door in the bathroom was very heavy and clunky. I couldn’t open the window - surely this is a fire hazard? The shower was at an awkward angle.

It is a central area, but a very quiet place, 15 min walk from the Warsaw Central train station and Golden Terass shopping mall. 10 min walk to the public transport to the historical center. A small grocery shop just in the same building. Comfortable room with electric kettle, bottled water, tea, sugar, coffee. Convenient working place, a pleasant view from the windows (for the person who likes skyscrapers and urban views). But the main reason for 10* review is the magnificent breakfast. Simply the best. A very helpful staff with good English.

I was not able to connect to the Wi-Fi with provided instructions, it simply rejected the password, which was 100% correct.
