Great hotel overall. Nice and comfortable. A bit pricy but worth it. Amazing location and tasty breakfast.

The hotel is located near the river so there is a beautiful outdoor zone for chilling and having coffee with a view. They also have a playroom for children with stuff looking after them, that's a great value for the families. Breakfast buffet provides a great choice of options, coffee is great, restaurant and bar are also highly recommended. The hotel organizes different activities for the guest, like concerts or bonfire in the evening.

Don't remember anything that was wrong or I felt unhappy about.

Very nice hotel with a touch of luxury. We had a family room consisting of two rooms and two bathrooms, very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was offering real treat menu, combining polish traditional cuisine with modern trends.

The auxiliary bed in the famili room was far from comfortable - noisy at every move and not matching the otherwise exceptional standard of the entire service.

Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Staff in the reception and restaurant very polite and helpful. Towels changed every day. Beautiful decor, nice and cosy rooms, great porter. Very good female massager and beauty treatment lady. Male massager was very delicate and I didn't feel tha massage at all. Also didn't explain anything about what he is doing (4 element massage). Very nice area, lots of opportunities for active holiday. Overall very nice hotel, would recommend.

Bartender very moody. Beds could be better. Lots of kids on the weekend, especially in welness area. Two lovely jacuzzi outside occupied by one family with kids. No variety in ala cart restaurant, terrible scallops. Reception staff don't know much about turist atractions of the area.

Amazing spa hotel in the tranquility of the forest and mountain. Rooms furbished to high standard with style and attention to details and guest needs. Great spa zone, midern polish cuisine restaurant, generous breakfast.

The only thing it lucks is the outdoor pool. There is indoor one and outside jacuzzi though

Breakfast was good, we have ordered the breakfast to room, It arrived always on time. we selected Aries breakfast, with Omelette, only problem were Omelettes were cold, not hot. Looked like cooked much earlier, Hotel location is one of the best to Ski world cup, to Malinka, just 15 minutes of walking, and we did not stuck in traffic. we used the SAP and wellness center, pool was very good, small but useful, I was swimming early morning, and just It was me at the pool for sometime, Jacuzzis is just outside of the pool, and it was a great experience to be in jacuzzi while snowing :)

had massages in SPA, unfortunately it was not as I have expected, one of the therapist was good, requested to have stronger massage, and Elizabette did her best, and always she was wearing mask on. On the other hand, other therapist, which was male, removed his mask while massage, and during one hour did not wear on :( and he did not give bra for us, which was inappropriate, at least he should have offered if it was needed or not, even one time use bras were available. Towels were very small, comparing other massages we had in other hotels, and while turning front side, this male therapist wanted to check out :( which was completely not professional. I think it is better to ask the therapist before starting to have it,

Very clean and spacious room with a great view. The staff was friendly and professional; always willing to help. Decent indoor swimming pool and perfect Wi-Fi signal throughout the hotel.

A wonderful place, near a stream and mountains. The hotel is very cozy, clean, the bed is soft and comfortable, you feel like you are on a cloud. The food in the restaurant is excellent, I definitely recommend trying the beef. A very nice place to relax, I think we will come back sometime for a vacation.

Excellent facilities and staff. Prices reasonable. Not very crowded. Superb restaurant. Well worth the expense. Big hotel facilities with a boutique feel.

The couch beds could be higher quality.
