Our room (apartment) was just excellent - everything is new and absolutely (I mean absolutely!) clean. The location is a bit fram from city centre, but it is mentioned on hotel's website and on booking.com = no problem. The place is nice and very pleasant, right next to forest. The air quality is excellent. The breakfast is rich and coul meet everyone's taste and preferences, replenished often. We enjoyed our stay.

The reception staff was a bit indifferent. Lot of families with children = noise (but again, it was known before). The wellness spa (pool) is extremely small for the size of this resort and the amount of people staying there. We did not use it at all bacause of this.

The view from our apartment was awesome! The interior of the apartment and exterior hotel area are well thought-out. Breakfast was tasty and almost non-repetitious. The logistic to the necessary shopping centre is acceptable (up to 10 mins by car). The kid's room is perfectly designed and equipped. The possibility to order something to eat or drink in the bar or restaurant. We liked the VISLOW resort and plan to return for a longer stay.

Nothing critical to declare. Some minor points: - the balcony handrails had spider's web - not clear and obvious how to deal with the SPA zone, and it's too small if all guests visit it at one time (it looks like to stay comfortable for 4-6 people at one time) - there was an issue with acoustic system, I've just turned it off and didn't request the staff to fix it, not necessary for us

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. It was a trip for two, and the room pleasantly surprised us. It turned out to be very spacious, equipped with a fully stocked minibar, and even had an iPad for ordering food from the restaurant. Unfortunately, there were too many orders in queue, so we had to walk to the restaurant. However, the restaurant itself was also a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly. We were particularly impressed with the pool, which stayed open until midnight. This was great since it allowed us to enjoy it without too many families with children during dinnertime. The only minor downside was that the pool and jacuzzi area were not very spacious considering the number of rooms, but everything else made up for it. The breakfast was also fantastic with a wide selection, and they continuously replenished the options. This was our first trip to Poland, and this hotel left us with a fantastic impression of the journey. The hotel grounds were really impressive!

As for some suggestions, it might be worth considering adding Netflix to the television for guests' entertainment.

Beds could be a bit bigger

Very new, very clean, located at the edge of city and nature. Staff very helpful. I liked the terrace (take top floor if possible). Plenty of parking spots - although that was not the peak season. Modern TV set, that lets you stream media from your phone/laptop. Great breakfasts and a very good a la carte restaurant. Rooms are spacious and very well equipped. So many shelves and drawers for your stuff, including in the bathroom!

Not much to dislike - the indoor pool is VERY tiny...

The perfect variety of foods, drinks, fruits and sweets for breakfast. The small welcome gift is not a standard but it was a pleasant surprise.

If I paid a higher price for the room rate for a late booking, 25 Zl for parking disturbed me, even though this property is closed to the public.

Very nice intrerior design and decoration of the room. The indoors pool and jacuzzi are also unique offerings comined with the rest of the resorts services. The restaurant had tasty food available at reasonable prices.

The restaurant's tables could be closer to the windows where the view is nicer. Also the kitchen door was opening quite often, allowing noise from the staff to reach the tables.

Place once again and really amazing. Honestly we had no single thing we could complain about it.

I think it's not ideal for families. There are animations, swimming pool and kids room, but each one in separate building which means you need to travel between the buildings. That isn't an issue in summer, but it will be a different story in Winter ❄️

To be honnest all was great just the swimming pool was a bit small for all the visitors for an indoor basen. And the jakuzzi was broken only bubbles from one side

Everything was great, the room was very spacious and modern, the staff is friendly and ready to help. We appreciated the surprise treat for our dog as well! Thank you for the warm stay!
