Well...there was nowhere to sit during breakfast and also there was almost nothing on that breakfast... When I asked if there will be refills I was told that it might but they not sure and there will be late.... I mean It was still plenty of time and with nowhere to sit and nothing to eat it's a bit disappointing

The hotel staff at the front desk was very friendly. The hotel was within walking distance to the city center, but still far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. You had to be there in time for a parking space, but we got one.

When the "room cleaning" was done, only two of the four towels were changed and the beds weren't made again. Either all or nothing, but half was kind of weird.

location, płace was wet clean and the staff just perfect. I Have to say reception / bar staff are extremely nice three girls all named Julia 😀 and Graciana… I am travelling a lot but I haven’t meet staff like these girls even in 5 star hotels .. well done girls you made my stay very pleasant, thank you for all help and beautiful smiles 😀

Excellent location, less than 10 mins walk from the main square. Excellent breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly, and when we asked for extra pillows, these were provided immediately.

The bar closed at 8pm, which was a little early. And one lift is not enough for a hotel of this size; cleaners need a separate service lift.

The hotel is Bed and Breakfast type hotel, where you get comfortable room and really good breakfast buffet. The location is really good, it takes only 10-15 minutes by foot, to get to the market place or to Tumski island. Parking near the hotel is free.

If your windows face the street it is a little bit noisy, sound proof between rooms can be better.

It was great to stay there! Very kind staff, tasty breakfast, bed was very comfortable, clean, great table for work or to do someting, air conditioning working well, the bathroom was pretty good and the location is very good, near to the city center (10 mins by walk). For me everything was good, it worth to stay there for a few days.

The room where I stayed was very small, but I knew that the room would be small and there's no refrigerator in the room.

by checking out, when I started explaining that hairdryer probably is not working on the room and asked front desk people to check, they just started to telling me how it needs to be turned on.

The location is very convenient. Despite of a lot of constructions going around, if you book yard view, it is very quiet.

Bad organisation of breakfest. Lack of food during busy hours. No place at the tables. From four times, two times we were sitting at the bar. Perheps would be good start asking guests at what time there plan to have breakfest :)

Nice stuff, not so far away from the city center. Clean quiet room and great service. Perfect for its price. Would come again and totally recommend.

Nothing to complain about for this price.

Nice clean and practical hotel for a reasonable price. Requested extra pillows as they are very thin and only one per person on bed and immediately two were brought to room. Nice seafood restaurant around corner called Lobster that is well worth a visit
