Hotel is a typical friendly small run establishment. The cleanliness of the hotel is absolutely first class. Staff are friendly and the rooms are up to high standard but avoid the road facing ones.

Unfortunately it's a bit hit and miss to what bedroom you will be allocated. I booked a courtyard facing room but ended up with a road facing one, with trams and cars rattling by. Air-conditioning was not working so I was moved to another room which was courtyard facing. All this took 45 minutes to sort out. Too long! Curtains are not blackout so if you are light sensitive it could be a problem.

Beautiful room. Clean and beds very very very comfortable. Quiet at nighttime. Great location, short walk to Rynek. Lot of restaurants nearby. The pizza "Ale Rzym" right next to it is exceptional. The girls at the reception very friendly and welcoming also. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty options and you can also order hot food too. Complimentary bottles of water in the room also.

We found the elevator very confusing with the floor buttons but not a biggie. We took the stairs most of times 😅 also, a drawer handle stayed in my hand after pulling it open - we laughed.. again, not an issue the furniture is a bit older and adds to the character we just found it funny.

It was by far the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was very comfortable and perfect for a short stay. The only inconvenience was the lack of a rubbish bin in the room (there was one in the bathroom). I didn't have breakfast so can't say anything about it.

For security reasons, the receptionists should not have said out loud what guests' room numbers were. Probably they were not aware of it as two different receptionists did it on two separate occasions. Other than that they were perfectly polite and professional.

Loved the quirky room decor. From our 4th floor room, there was relatively little noise from the street or the other guests. Breakfast was a daily highlight! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.

Some of the furnishings in our room were starting to show signs or wear and tear. Especially some of the drawers, that literally fell apart in our hands.

The staff was helpful and kind. The proximity to Old Town was great and it was only a few minutes walk. The apartment was spacious and the bedrooms were quiet.

The living room faces a street where many cars go without mufflers to speed down the street -- it is very loud constantly! This is not the hotel's fault, and it did not disturb our sleep because the bedrooms are in the back. But, it wore on us.

My room was beautiful, it was very comfortable, very clean, ladies and gentelman at the reception were very helpful and polite. The location was excellent, close to the main squere with minutes walk to good restaurants and cafes, also public transportation. I especially liked nicely decorated interiors. I highly recommend that exceptional hotel. Im very glad I have chosen it for my stay in Wroclaw.

The hotel is ideally situated in close proximity to Old Town, making it a convenient location for visitors. The pink room that I stayed in was beautifully adorned and spacious. The bed was also large and cosy. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed everything except for the carpet stains. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Big fully equiped appartment. Very clean, we really loved the bathroom! Carparking safe behind the building.

Noise from the street, extremely streetracing during the night (other reviews already mentioned this). Strange this is possible in the middle of the city, police does nothing? The hotel can’t do anything about this, but some soundproofing windows / walls would solve it. We slept even with the windows closed in the middle of the summer. Unfortunately the airco in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, no action after this was mentioned.

The hotel is situated exactly at the entrance of the histotical city centre and at the same time it is located near a bus- tram station where you can find your way to any destination. We both had card-keys for the room which is very comfy. The room was huge with an entrance hallway and a spaceful bedroom. I feel the need to mention the city of Wroclaw. Every inch of it is connected to history, you can touch the aged bricks, enter the life-long enduring mystical buildings and you can walk through history feeling the depth of it.

I loved the bedroom - pink is my favourite colour so it was meant to be, clearly! Each room has a different colour theme, which is a cute idea. My room had a window seat! ☺️

You still have to go up a flight of stairs with your bag, but it’s an old building so it’s not the end of the world. The layout of the room is a bit funny but I’m clumsy so that’s really a me problem.
