The Hotel is located in the central area of the city. However, in a more quite part of it which is very convenient. If you're in Wroclaw for the first time, the places you'd probably like to visit are located nearby (National Museum, Rynok Square and all central places). The room was spectacular and there was everything we needed. So was the breakfast: delicious meals with variety of options (oriental, Polish, cold/hot options). There is a nice inner yard where you can have your breakfast to enjoy the morning even more. The personnel was always very attentive and responded immediately on any ask: it was fast and easy to sort any kind of ask with them.

- Cleaning personnel woke us up at 8 AM asking if we needed cleaning (we came to Wroclaw quite late the day before). We did not expect it so early so did not hang a DND sign on the door. We asked to do the cleaning later but they marked it as we rejected. This is a minor inconvenience since we asked the cleaning at the reception later. - The pool area is not big: only up to 10 beach chairs and for such scale of the hotel, the pool is always a bit crowdy. Also, the receptionist at the Pool & SPA did not give us the lockers and we needed to get back and ask for them. But it's a free pool for the hotel guests so it's nice there is one. Not a problem as well, rather a small inconvenience.

Excellent breakfast and very friendly breakfast staff, professional & friendly check-in, very comfortable bed, location- overall a very nice stay

Minibar was empty ( filling could be requested at the reception- but not much to choose either and a bit of a hassle for a 5 *hotel Coffee making fascilities in the room:water kettle & 1 sachet of Nescafé & milk per person was a disappointment Whirl pool is very tiny & receptionist at gym/spa not really forthcoming Bar set up had no atmosphere & staff seemed overwhelmed even though there weren’t many guests

Room was exceptional. From the attention to detail in design, overall perception of quality without being flamboyant. Great Bed, shower, nice desk for work, quite silent. Includes iron and ironing table, much appreciated whe you travel for work. Location is very good, nice neighborhood, everything very tidy around the hotel.

I dind't like the lobby of the hotel. Great fail fro the architects that designed it. Floor in cobblestone is not precisely a great choice for a hotel were trolleys, suitcases and carry-ons are going to passby all the time. In tops; the choice of this hard floor makes the bar/restaura/breakfast area very noise at every moment of the day. For the rest the hotel is amazing, but the ground floor is simply wrong.

A fantastic hotel and an in incredible location. Some DoubleTree hotels can be "hit and miss" and some, exceptional, just like this one. We stayed whilst the hotel had a large FAME MMA Group in house and the despite being very busy, the service was always really good. The food was fresh and the portion sizes were great.

The only slight annoyances were the iron and ironing board in the room, along with the hairdryer, were quite poor.

Lovely room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast: large variety, champagne, and you could make your own fresh juice with prepeeled fruit and veggies.

It was extremely warm in our room in the evenings. We asked reception whether it was the central heating or individual heating. They sent a technician to check. We were told to use the a/c in the middle of winter, which was a bit strange. Exiting the room, the corridors were much cooler (normal temperature).

Everyone was very nice and helpful. We arrived before the check-in time, but our room was ready, which we appreciated a lot. They also give warm chocolate cookies. I loved them! After checking out, we left our bags in a baggage room. It was important because we wanted to walk around the city before departure.

The swimming pool closes at 9 pm. I didn't always have time after the meetings to enjoy it. And on Saturdays it opens at 9 am. I looked really silly when I came there at 6 am. Also, it is a bit weird that a breakfast is not included in a price. I would also like to be able to open a window in a room.

Comfortable hotel, lovely big room, close to old centre.

Zero WiFi in rooms. Very stingy. Every hotel we stayed in on our trip (8countries and 5 hotels) 3-5 stars had WiFi apart from the Hilton where you had to pay extra and you're already paying a premium for the room. Needs to be sorted. Very outdated and old fashioned from a huge hotel chain. This was our most expensive room by far too.

Location - close to Rynek and Galeria Dominikanska. Great Breakfast. Ambidnt Spa. As a former lifeguard i appreciate there was a lifeguard at the pool perimeter.

Only minor stuff here : It is quite difficult to get a fresh air into a room (takes some time with aircondition). There was nothing in the minibar, not sure it even generated some cold. (I assume hotel had some bad experience with customers cheating here).

Great facility, the staff is on top of everything and the food was amazing!

There was a lot of mix up with our booking. The room descriptions online are not as clear as they could be. I was told a few days before our stay that I could cancel my second set of rooms, and I was issued a full refund for them. Then I was told at check in I couldn’t cancel them anymore, it was too late and I ended up getting charged the full price again after the fact so we ended up with 4 rooms which was really unnecessary and unfortunate.

The staff were great. Very Friendly. The location is pretty good. It’s next to a big shopping centre, tramlines and a very short walk to the old town.

The coffee at breakfast. Like most hotels they had filter coffee from jugs. That was okay, but the coffee machine coffee was awful. There was a proper espresso machine at the bar but it wasn’t being used. I would’ve happily paid for a decent cup.
