The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. We had a double bed and it was a proper double bed, not just 2 beds placed right next to each other. Very convenient location right in the center of Wrocław.

It’s quite dark in the whole building, not many windows where daylight can enter. It’s also loud because it’s in the middle of the center, but the hotel provides earplugs and you can also book a soundproof accommodation. We did not have an AC though, and we were here in summer so we had to leave the window open over night.

Very nice hotel close to the city center and with 24/7 reception, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and nice furnitured, breakfest are optional but I can recommend it. The hotel had made some of the "eco" steps - like tap water (offer with nice glass bottle and glasses), big soaps containers (yes less of plastic waste) etc. I really highly support hotels in doing this simple but well working steps

there is restaurant (looking nice) down under the hotel, it was a bit loud at night but the staff helped us to fix the situation and called there. They quietened the music immediately. So do not be shy to ask the reception for help in similar situation

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Is a 2 star hotel but looks like a 3 or even 4 star one. Since you enter the facility, it smells clean and tidy, very modern facilities. Staff was always friendly. We saw in our room a few sound cancelling earplugs in case you need them for a better sleep, I never saw such thing in any of our trips around the world!. Facilities are eco-friendly and this is great! No plastic bottles, garbage segregation, carboard instead of plastic announcements, etc. We are a family of 4 and we spent a great and relaxing time there. Location is extremely good. Just a few minutes of the main attractions in the city, and everything by foot! A lot of restaurant options around the hotel as well. A few parking lots around the hotel are available with decent prices (around 35 PLN per day). Breakfast option was small but good in quality. We missed a few attractions in the city so for sure we would come back to this property the next time.

Has no own parking lot, but there are a couple of options around. Could be great to offer a discount to any of those options to the customers. We stayed in the biggest room with 3 twin beds (we are 4 people, 2 of them kids) which makes our logistics a bit more complex. Would be great to have bigger option with full beds + twin ones in the same room.

Fabulous location right beside old town. Exceptionally clean. Perfect for a short city break. If you're looking for somewhere to lounge around in your hotel or at the bar or restaurant this is not the hotel for you. It's extremely functional and spotlessly clean but is for someone who is not going to spend much time in the hotel itself. Bright, modern and very helpful staff. Plenty of nearby restaurants. I didn't have breakfast but it looked fine. There's a great restaurant on the corner with amazing breakfasts.

Room was a bit small and would have liked to have a fridge but really can't complain.

A few minutes walking from the city centre. Comfortable room and a pretty interior design . Perfect stay for three of us.

There was a miscommunication about breakfast for one of us. We were reassured, there will be some vegan options prepared but next morning the breakfast lady said she wasn't informed about it. When you pay for the breakfast more less £ 8 you expect more options. Two of us who don't have any particular dietary requirements were superb happy.

Hotel is situated in great location near to the historic old market square, near the public transport and around 20 minutes away from Wroclaw Central Train station. The room, bathroom and common areas were really clean, our beds were comfortable and the room had a cattle with tea and coffees. The window allowed to be opened. The staff were very friendly and helpful, kept our bags for us after we checked out.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like as it suited our needs for a short stay.

Liked all of the things that came in a good price.. Location, room comfort, decor, facilities in the room, mattresses.... no complaints at all. Had a very comefortable stay.

I just had a request which may be difficut to fulfill. The beds seem small for two grown up individuals to sleep comfortable. And the breakfast, okay spread, seemed a bit pricey at 35zl.

Many things were good: * The room was fresh, looked new, and modern. Also it was well equipped * The location is very convenient. The hotel is just in the center: close to the tram lines, the train station, and many restaurants, shops, and malls nearby. * The breakfasts were mostly tasty

I was not too fond of only a couple of things: * Stains on the carpet flooring in the room * Not too comfortable pillows * Too "raw" as for my taste, scrambled eggs for breakfast

As soon as we entered the building it smelt clean and fresh. Our room was clean, modern and well equipped. There’s sufficient storage, hanging space and a well thought out layout. There was complimentary earplugs on our bed though we didn’t need them even though our room overlooked the street. Was very impressed with their concept of being eco friendly and reducing waste and energy. An enjoyable two night stay.

The property was in the perfect location, a 5 minute walk to the main square. The deluxe room we stayed in had a fantastic view of the Church of St Dorothea. The room was clean and tidy.

Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough in the room along the edges and corners of the carpet, however this is just minor. We did unfortunately have to ask for fresh towels and toilet roll on our third day when you are meant to have housekeeping after two days at the hotel.
