Well location, not far from main train station. There was a big shopping mall next to the train station with cheaper prices cafes than in the old town. Free toilets were in the shopping mall as paid toilets in train station across the road. Delicious breakfast.

Strong Urine smell was in the hotel room toilet flushing water. There was No cleaning service despite of putting notice card on the room door. Very old mattresses that were uncomfortable to sleep in. Whole body sinked in the middle of mattresses.

I chose this hotel based on its proximity to the train station and reasonable price. It turned out to be perfect: just a 7-minute walk from the bus station and 10 minutes from the train station. Also I would like to specifically highlight the friendliness of the reception staff. Thank you for your English skills, warm smiles, and willingness to help. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 a.m., not expecting to be checked in so early. The receptionist kindly checked availability and immediately handed us the keys. It was a wonderful surprise! The room was small but very clean, with extremely comfortable beds and excellent lighting.

We stayed for only half a day, so we didn’t notice anything negative. Everything we wanted from the hotel, we got.

I couldn't use WiFi, couldn't connect because the password on the paper didn't allow to connect (didn't go through). Probably, it was also my fault that decided not to bother receptionalists with this issue (I used to come late and leave early), so I cannot blame them on this problem. One thing I would prefer, is the possibility of having an electric kettle upon request (I wanted a cup of hot tea or coffee at night, though there was a possibility to get some hot water in the hall, it wasn't conveniet to go there every time). But generally, everything was great!

Very clean. Quiet. Basic but with everything needed. I didn’t like the shower gel/hand wash liquid. I think they need to invest in a bit thicker/better quality product. But we only stayed there for a night, so not too bad. Breakfast very basic but everything we liked was there: from warm sausages and beans, through ham, cheese, cucumber, butter, etc for sandwiches, to yogurts, cereals, musli, milk, etc. Coffee and tea available as well. Staff polite, close to everywhere. We definitely recommend the place.

Nothing really

I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Wroclaw. Here are some highlights: Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were not only well-maintained but also provided a high level of comfort. Fantastic Breakfast: The breakfast served was excellent, offering a variety of options that exceeded my expectations. Prime Location: The hotel is situated in an ideal location, making it convenient to explore the city. Parking Convenience: I appreciated the availability of parking facilities, providing a secure space for my car.

The only downside was the third bed in the room. As we were a family traveling with three children, all sleeping in one room, the fold-out bed provided was a bit challenging to place, given its assembled state.

Allmost everything was really good

After I did check out I ask to put my coat untill I'll comeback but the worker tell me I need a bag to put it I need to convince him to take the coat never happen in my life!!! After I comeback he was on the phone for a few minutes and after that with someone I ask hom just to bring the coat it take a secound but I waited there the all time this is just anoying everything was great except from this😑

Great Hotel in a very good location just next to a Supermarket Wroclawia and Main Wrocław Bus and Train Station. The members of staff are lovely and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable and the shower proper and hot. The Hotel offers breakfast Monday to Friday 7:30 - 10:00 and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 - 10:30. They also saved me from looking for Ironing services on Sunday as they have an open and free Ironing Room for the hotel guests. What a treat! Love them for it! The Hotel is in a quiet spot in the centre of everything and that combo is the reason I stayed there for a third time now. Tip1: If you need iron facilities ask at the reception. There is an Ironing room on the second floor, free of charge.Tip 2: At Wrocławia just across the road there are many great restaurants on the top floor. Some of them offer half price food from 8PM to 9PM Monday to Saturday. Tip 3: There are one day 15zl - about £3, two days 26zl - about £5, three days 32zl - about £7 and seven days 54zl - about £11, tickets for buses and trams in Wroclaw available at ticket machines and some kiosks.You can also use that tickets to get to and from the airport. Tip 4: There is a Folkowo-Ludowo shop at 44 Wita Stwosza Street where you can buy the most beautiful Gingerbread cookies that cost about £4 and there are so many different kinds of them.Tip 5: If you need any information ask at the Hotel reception ast they are able to help with so many things. Exceptional people. Can't wait for the next stay!

Nothing! I have stayed there many times and haven't found anything so far.

Everything went well. I slept well and it was quiet. The breakfast was delicious. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were amazing. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and work colleagues.

I really can not say that I disliked anything. If I had to choose something I would say that the cleaning staff is always cleaning, and I like to sleep as much as possible in the morning times.

Great location, near the Main railway station. Overall hotel is great for its price. I highly recommend to stay for short period of time to save some money if you don't need something fancy. The hotel have all the basics, room was clean and everything was working great.

Don't count on the breakfast much. I'd find it rather limited. It's not con or bad it's just what you expect for the money.

Ideal location near train station (10 min walk), 5 minutes from mall will shops, supermarkets, foodcourt, not far from city center. The rooms are simple, but clean and seem to be newly refurbished.

No tea facilities in the room, neither water, glasses, shampoo, hairdryer, etc. The handsoap is of good quality, but in inconvenient bottle (too hard to press, my 9 year daughter couldn't use it alone, my mum couldn't regulate the quantity of soap leaking so it caused significant overuse - standard soap containers will work better and save money to the hotel to provide absent abovementioned items).
