The hotel is not really in the city center, but the location is still very good since there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel, where you have connections to all important places (old town, central station, zoo,...). The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and very extended, but I have to mention that I cannot rate the IBIS breakfast, this was the NOVOTEL breakfast. In the building, Ibis and Novotel are jointly located. Although there is a separate entrance (and also breakfast room I guess) for the Ibis hotel, this was not in use, everything went on in the Novotel part, I guess because of the calm period of the year. So I consider it "a free upgrade" that I got now.

The hotel service was very nice! I arrived late at night, and had to wait a while for the check-in (they had nightly reporting). They offered me a free late checkout, which was nice and I happily accepted. The room was clean. I liked the mattress and pillows - they were very comfortable. Funnily, the room was close to the lift, but I didn't hear anything. And I like their green approach - water saving showers, glass bottle. Oh - I love Bracia Sadownicy, so the juice in my room was a surprise :)

Just the luggage storage room is odd, a bit messy. It would be nice to mount some shelves.

Ibis hotel turned out to be one of our faves. The hotel was located within a 10-minute walking distance from the centre of the town and if you wanted to get there faster, the tram and bus stop was right outside the hotel. The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. There was variety at breakfast but most of all we enjoyed and made the most of the lobby which is an attraction of its own! The reception staff was very polite and helpful! Highly recommended! we will definitely book again!

The only thing that was missing from the room was a small fridge. Given the fact that it was summer, we could use cold water.

The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from the tram station and main city attractions. The room was spotless, very comfortable beds. I loved that we got access to fresh water from the fountain provided. Also we were provided with good bathroom amenities. The breakfast was alright.

It was a little bit disappointing that we didn't get face towels, just bath towels and bath mat. However the stay was great, I totally recommend this hotel.

- Friendly staff. - Nice breakfast buffet. - Environmental friendly. - Water machines on each floor. - Great initiative with the Christmas concert. - Beautiful Christmas tree in the lounge. - Amazing option to store luggage.

- Quite chaotic check-in. - One of the female frontdesk employees needs to tone down her passive-aggressiveness. - The smell in the room after cleaning is too strong. Please be aware of people suffering from allergy.

The lady looking after the breakfast area deserves some kind of recognition for being so pleasant to all guests! She was always very helpful, always smiling, so well-mannered and friendly. Overall the hotel service was extraordinary. Me and my wife had an experience in iBIS Wrocław better than in a 5 star hotel. (We interacted with the receptionists, with the hotel maids, with the ladies in breakfast area, all of them were so nice, we simply LOVED our stay!).

We liked everything

I’m experienced traveler and here in Wrocław not for the first time, but that’s my first experience here in Ibis. I was amazed with a professionalism of the check-in desk staff, with the good looking number, with a coffee machine Nespresso and The Rituals cosmetic. Also I would to pint out that the number (1108) was super tidy, clean and comfortable. Also I was pretty surprised with a possibility to use a mini bar for free, that’s really nice especially if you have a late night check in.

I absolutely in love with all

* The breakfast was amazing and was totally worth it; * Rooms were simple and clean; * There was no noise from the rooms nearby; * The ladies on the reception were super kind and helpful; * One of the evenings there was a Ibis music night with an amazing band - After midnight Trio. They did a great show and were playing english and local songs - we liked that; * There is a luggage room in the hotel and it is pretty big - we used it; * There were bikes for rental that we didn't tried, but looked good; * There is an ATM in front of the hotel; * There was a dedicated water dispenser for filling in your own bottle with filtered water; * The hotel is 25 minutes by walk from the Rynek central square (and 10 minutes by tram). The tram station is 3 minutes from the hotel; * Om the next crossing (direction city center) you can find a big bicycle parking of WRM (the bike rental company) that was pretty convenient.

* The windows of the room were not opening and there was no other alternative to get fresh air into the room;

Staff were lovely - when we arrived with a problem in our booking (my fault) they sorted it straight away. The hotel is everything you expect from a well known chain - clean, functional, standard facilities. Extra touches I liked was the room was bigger than usual so plenty of space for luggage and there was a water fountain on every floor and a jug for your room. The room was quiet and comfy. The location is a little out of the centre (walkable in 20mins from rynek or there are trams but that doesnt take so much less time by the time you walk to and from stops and wait) but it's very close to the railway arches at Arkady which have lots of bars and restaurants in them which is fun and food and drinks are good. Taxi from airport cost 110zl (at 3am) and takes about 25mins bus 106 to airport goes to Remona stop and takes about 45mins in the day (night bus might be available). Use jakodade website to check public transport.

The location isn't central old Town which we knew when we booked but in hindsight I'd rather have been closer but that would have been more expensive. The lively railway arches do make this an attractiveness area though (and you cant hear them or the trains at all!) All in all it was a perfectly good base for a city break and I would stay again unless I wanted to be more central.

Nice hotel in walking distance from city center. Very good breakfast.

There are separated breakfast place for Ibis and Novotel both of which are in same building. It was a bit confusing. From some reason we got the room for invalid people but we did not really mind. Just felt strange to block the room for potential guests who would really need that type of room.
