Very comfy bed, great location, very good service - especially Bogdan who was assisting with breakfast in the first 5 days! Extremely polite and well mannered young man!😃 We've also had a dinner on our last day in hotel restaurant and it was lovely too. 👍

I stayed in many hotels in Wrocław during my birthday in the past, and it was always acknowledged in some way. Grand City was informed that it will be my 50th birthday before we travelled and it would have been nice if there was a card,, bottle of wine or some chocolates left for us to find in the room (like in other hotels). On our last day (we've stayed there 7 nights) we decided to pay for 3 extra hours to go straight to the airport on our check out - this could have been complementary. A little perks always make the difference. Everything else was great.

The hotel had a lovely reception area, and staff were kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely freshened up each day. The location was great - barely a stone's throw from the main market square - and despite the central location the hotel was lovely and peaceful.

Our only gripe was with the privacy of the en suite bathroom. The bathroom itself was great - if a little dark - but rather than a solid door, it was separated from the room by a frosted sliding glass screen, with a hole in for a handle that was right at eye height, next to the toilet, when closed. My partner is considerably less shy than me but even he felt uncomfortable with this!

The location was superb and the bed was SO comfortable. The room was pretty spacious too. The staff were very helpful.

My room faced the street and it was very noisy. I checked to see if the windows were closed properly as it sounded like they might have been ajar, but they were properly closed and it was still very loud. The partying and music was apparently because Monday night is student night, so if you're staying there on a Monday, ask for a room that doesn't face the street.

Hotel is Really comfortable. Great location. Staff are really helpful. Day before I was due to arrive I messaged the hotel asking for a stool for the shower as I’d fractured my foot and they responded almost immediately and upon checking into the room they had accommodated me with a shower stool to use. Also they allocated my daughter and her partner a room right next to ours so we were super pleased.

You can hear some noise from one end of the hotel from the Shisha and shot bar outside but it’s just people having a good time. It didn’t disturb me myself but other people in our party were disturbed by it.

The hotel was hard to find as there are so many one way streets in Old Town Wroclaw. Even though we were just a couple of blocks from the hotel no one I asked could help us with the hotel name or its address. It also looked like the hotel sign was being replaced so the lack of the large sign also did not help. Hotel staff when checking in was not very friendly. The day staff seemed nice. The breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Parking was in a garage a couple of blocks away. The location was great - just a short walk to the rynek.

We chose this hotel as it was in the city center, and yes the hotel is located right there, that was so cool! Hotel itself looks nice, pretty luxury inside, I loved it a lot. The room was very spacious and beautiful, everything that we needed was inside, the view from the window was okay. I'm super impressed, it was great! One more amazing thing is breakfast, so delicious, so many options! Wonderful. Thank you very much!

The internet was working terribly, it could work only from the bathroom and our friends experienced the same. Please, fix it. It's not okay to be almost without wi-fi when you pay a lot for the hotel. Staff could be friendlier. However, receptionist were wonderful, thank you!

The hotel was lovely and clean with very decent sized rooms. Staff nice and very helpful.

Unfortunately we couldn’t turn on any airflow or air con for the room and it was extremely hot, 30 degrees outside which made for a very hot and sweaty room. We had to open all the windows with a bar right outside that had people in the street singing till 6am so we had very little sleep.

Great location, directly at the beginning of the old town. The garage is only about 3 minutes of walking away from the hotel. It’s a huge garage with a lot of space also for bigger cars. The rooms and hotel itself seemed newly renovated, no damages could be observed. Even though our room was directed to a main pedestrian street, you could barely hear anything. Breakfast was delicious, with enough options for everyone. Not too small not too big buffet. The staff was very friendly.

Great location, 2 minutes from the main town square, perfect for old town sightseeing! The room was clean, spacious, with classic furniture and comfortable beds. Breakfast is generally until 10 clock, I think a better option might have been until 10.30 or 11.00 o'clock. The hotel's staff is very friendly, they stored our luggage after the check-out, because we left the city in the evening.

Staff is very friendly, but one morning we didn't finish drinking our coffee until 10.00 o'clock (breakfast's closing hour) and one waitress made us feel uncomfortable.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was modern and very spacious. Very good value for money. It was centrally located within walking distance to the main square. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The only issue I had was that you had to let them know at least an hour in advance if you wanted to use the sauna. The breakfast was very expensive for what they offered (basic hotel breakfast). For the same price (or less) you could eat some amazing polish food at the main square which was about 3 minute walk.
