Very nice design,unique style,extremely clean and organized place. Friendly and helpful stuff,felt like I know them since a lot of time. Wonderful breakfast, nice choice and the dining room makes you feel like home.

The details of our room was different in the booking and confirmation. Although the photos were the same, it stated the room is 20m2 approx, meanwhile it wasn't bigger than 3x3,5 m. The room was very small, we constantly had to get out of each other's way. The glass wall on the bathroom was the worst thing that could happen, no privacy and if one of had to go to the restroom in the night,the other surely woke up too. Knowing this 2 details,i would have not book this accomodation again.

Everything about this place we like! Peace, quiet, not in central which its perfect but you can walk 15 min down the street and you are in Krupówki, main Street. The rooms are so clean, amazing smell, the bed sheets and the blankets are so comfy that honestly you don't want to go out from the bed. I still would like to know where they got this blankets i need one for myself. We choose the room with bath and we had extra shower in it. The bath so big so comfy that you can almost swim inside. We love it, we enjoy so much. Let's dont forget about breakfast, ohhhh, thank you so much to the ladies for make all our day from morning Happy and with the good food, plus the salads and the cakes they were reminding me of my grandma cooking, was fabulous, you want to eat more because its soooo good but no space ☺️ Thank you all the team from Biala Owca for making our holiday amazing.

We love it all.

The room was very clean and cozy. Nicely finished, modern but also with the art typical to the region. The view was spectacular, mountains all around. It was a little far from the Main Street, but that’s what I was looking for. I had great views and it was nice and quit instead. Also very close to the hiking trails. There were quite a few restaurants near by so you didn’t have to go to the city to eat after a long day hiking. You had everything close by. Just perfect. The staff was nice and always helpful, great breakfast with specials orders available (scrambled eggs or omelette). Good variety.

The bed was very hard, my husband loved it, but it could be a little softer for my taste.

Ferfect mounting view from teras.. 👌🏔️ 😍 Mmm. Say - Good morning with mountaings or sit down and relax at event, or just breath fresh mounting air. All seams so close. Love it. 😍 Nice interior and decors and very quiet place. Just 20min walk from the city centre. Nearly 5min walk from small shop and just around of corner you can take a lunch or dinner or drink just beer. The breakfast was super, all was delicious and fresh.👍 The private sauna is a bomb. You can take it every day just do reserve before. Friendly and helpful staff it specially Gregory. Thanks! 👍 Your recommended skiing track was super! We enjoyed! I definetly will tray to reserve this place in the next time when I will be visiting in Zakopane. And recommend to anybody too.

A bit too soft bed and pillow but anyway if you are tired then you will sleep well. A bit strange that nobody is taking off full garbage bag from room. But they did just when we asked. All that was not a big deal. A bit sad as time passed too fast, definetly we wanted to stay here longer.

We loved our stay at Biała Owca! We had a mountain view, balcony room which was beautiful - the rooms are a perfect combination of rustic yet modern. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was great (choice of hot and cold options), and the sauna was amazing. We specifically wanted a hotel with a private sauna option. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel is at least a 25 minute walk to downtown Zakopane, we enjoy walking so this wasn't an issue for us during the day. When coming back in the dark, we decided to take a taxi. The sauna is only open from 4:00-9:00 PM, no morning sauna (unless this was just holiday hours). Slippers in the room would be a nice addition to walk down to the sauna area.

Perfect location, a bit further from the city centre, but that is a very good bonus. We loved the style of the whole hotel, very quiet and calm. Good breakfast, also serving warm egg dishes.

The mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. Also, the room “with the view of the mountains” was quite on the side of the house, and more like “with a glimpse of the mountains”.

Very cozy, stylish, modern place to stay with mountain views. Very clean and well equipped room. Comfortable parking, nice location away from Zakopane centre. Fast wifi. Really good breakfast. Friendly staff.

During the summer it could be to hot in the room (no air condition) and there is no dryer for towels (work only in winter with central heating), so you need to use wet towels all the time. Curtains could be more tight or dark, sun in the early morning shines directly to your face.

The room is very clean! The staff is very- very helpful and friendly! Big thank you for the Ladies from the kitchen! The best scrambled eggs in my life!! The private sauna is awesome! So perfect place for relaxing!

The walls on the second floor a little bit thin, and we heard speaking from the other room. But after 22:00 there was no noise! :)

The breakfast room in evenings could be turned into a great hotel lounge for hanging out there in the evenings - there aren't such place to rest after day in mountains before climbing to 4 floor room by stairs...

beautiful rooms ours had a balcony which was magical sitting out looking at the snow and mountains. the breakfast was amazing and a huge choice provided.

a little far out of the centre when it was quite icy and difficult to walk safely it’s about a 20 minute walk which isn’t far but it is when the conditions underfoot are icy and slippery! lovely location tho
