Breakfast and all other meals in the restaurant were delicious & very nicely presented, staff all around the hotel were welcoming and friendly, the room was big, spacious, just perfect for a family up to 5.

It was not perfectly clean and we stayed 7 nights with our puppy & 2 kids in the room and the cleaning lady entered only once in the room in this entire period (on the 5th day) just because I insisted that she needs to vacuum (she did superficially) as there was a lot of dust, she changed our bathroom towels and that's it. I would have expected that in a 7 nights stay, someone would clean at least once the entire room. We even emptied & exchanged the garbage bag in the bin in the room ourselves during this entire stay.

The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and the service was exceptional. 4. The price included a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of tasty options. 5. The hotel exudes authenticity and comfort. 6. It's family-friendly with designated areas for children in the restaurant and throughout the premises, and they even welcome dogs! 7. Our room was incredibly cozy and well-appointed, equipped with everything we could possibly need.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The hotel grounds were impressive, with a large parking area that made it easy to come and go. The staff were welcoming and friendly, which made us feel right at home. We especially loved the delicious meals served at the restaurant, which were a highlight of our stay. Although the rooms were fairly standard, they were very clean and comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend booking this apartment.

The apartments were clean and tidy, however, it was disappointing to find out that there were no refrigerators in the rooms. Fortunately, guests can request to use the restaurant's refrigerator at the reception.

I really liked the beautiful garden and that entertainment for the children has been thought of- room, garden and restaurant. The interior of the room is very pleasant, clean. Responsive and kind staff made the stay more pleasant. The view from the room's balcony is unique. We really liked it, if we ever go to Zakopane, we will definitely come back here and recommend it to others. Thank you and good luck!

Traditional polish hotel. Interesting interior and garden. There are woody furniture in the room. Lots of parking places and big restaurant. Breakfast is good but not so good sweet options. Tasty juice and coffee. Hotel is quiet, except when weddings are takes place here. Near there are shops with food. Nice staff.

We had last room in a 1floor. There are two balcones that are common with other rooms. Bed is really small and there is olny one small blanket. But otherway bed is comfortable. Breakfast good but not so good sweet options. Hotel is quiet, except when weddings are takes place here.

Breakfast was nice and very good quality. Liked the location very much and the staff was nice. Although we arrived late they left a guide for us to find out how to sneak into the room:) It was fun to do with flashlights in the middle of the night. the location is close to Zakopane but when with the car you do not recognize the difference. It is quite a big hotel, when we left they were preparing for some party - would have known that earlier to visit the party as incognito:D

in th emiddle of the night wifi went down. new devices did not get DHCP anymore. old ones stayed in and were able to connect with Internet. Leaving the place was hard, would have wanted to stay more.

The room is big and cozy, very warm, has kettle and some gift cookies surprised us. Very clean room and bathroom. The breakfast is very delicious, with huge choice of dishes (variety of eggs, meat, sweets, very delicious pancakes). The hotel located a bit far from center but close to nature and beautiful landscapes. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas celebrations (both inside and outside). Will definitely return again.

There was kettle with cups, but no tea or coffe. the rosette for charging the phone is not in the bedside cabinets, but further on the floor. The main lamp is not cozy - with cold light in the light. There was no refrigerator in the room

Very nice, big, clean and beautiful designed room. The food was excelent, best breakfast i have ever eat, also dinner and the meniu of the day. Great location for families. The room had a small cozy kid room, also a playground at 1st floor and one in the restaurant. Also the hotel has a ski room.

The small inside and outside playgrounds were great for the kids when we came back at the end of the days. Stuff was very nice and helpful. Location was good for our needs.

I didn't like the bed and the pillow, both were not comfortable for me...
