The location was magnificent with the view looking over the city. The room was cozy, very clean, with a balcony which allowed to see the gorgeous sunrise and set. The staff were pleasant with an exceptional waiter in dining room who spoke English well and had great humour. Will highly recommend to all.

On our final morning upon leaving a Manager/Supervisor (male) came out while we were speaking with concierge who has been very helpful with directions and the male person made us feel unwelcomed to the point of rushing out.

Our beautiful and comfortable room, amazing atmosphere we experienced in the lounge after breakfast, with all the sunlight coming in, warming up our souls - it was beautiful! And just what we needed for a cosy little family holiday. The beautiful sunrise and sunset, we were lucky to see every single day of our stay, the views from up there... priceless! The most friendly staff. Delicious and various breakfast. Very well located, very central, although not right in the middle of the city center.

The view, the location, comfortable rooms, plentiful breakfast. The staff were very polite, professional and helpful. Restaurants available within walking distance. Try Bom Sabor!! The hotel surpassed our expectations.

The coffee! Definitely room for improvement there. The cappuccino from the machine tastes like hot chocolate. Coffee with milk tasted a bit watered down. It would be great if staff could prepare carafes of hot coffee and milk for guests that like "American" style coffee with their breakfast. On the bright side, for espresso lovers, they have a machine that makes short and long shots. Carpets in hallways are a bit worn and need to be replaced. Parking is limited so more spaces would be helpful.

Excellent swimming pool with a lot of place to enjoy the sun and the pool area. Also possibilities to fitness or even take Turkish bath. Very fine breakfast with a lot of choice, very fresh and tasteful food to choose from, we really appreciated this start of the day. As a location the hotel in Abrantes is perfectly suited to visit Tomar, Coimbra, Fatima, Batalha, Acobaca, etc. A lot to see in the area and not that far away (excellent place to start your trip).

Due to a technical glitch the wifi was unavailable in the rooms (only working at the reception). Which was a bit less comfortable... but this will probably be repaired soon. No other remarks to be made.

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel had some nice facilities i.e steamroom we could not take advantage of. Close to town, and the front dest was very helpful in recommending a restaurant

I thought the breakfast was poor. You might think all the guests were looking for an English breakfast. The eggs were so runny you could have poured them out of a pitcher. Maybe I could have gotten two eggs made fresh...I should have asked.

We were a bit apprehensive about visiting Abrantes but what a delightful town and the Luna was the icing on the cake! Very attentive staff, especially in the dining room. Best evening meal on our 7 days of travelling around Portugal and a superb breakfast. Will stay there again.

Nothing really to complain about other than, as we are in our 70s, an escalator to and from the town centre. We walked down and had a taxi back!

many things i liked about this hotel: - view - terrace - good breakfast - very polite, nice, welcoming staff - room is beautiful, wide and bright. lightning is also good, not dimly lit. - shower has everything u need, except toothpaste and toothbrush :D - there is also bottle of waters, teabags, teapot, cups in the room - wardrobe has many hangers - there is also a refrigerator, locker - clean everywhere in the hotel - 10-15mins walk from city centre - nice pizza store nearby

getting to the hotel was a struggling journey. barely found a taxi from the train station. actually hotel offers taxi services, i just didnt know what time i am arriving and no wifi at the station. but u can contact hotel and they can arrange a pick up for you even from the airport.

Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in for the money. Excellent room. Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff .

This is not a criticism of the hotel in any way. The town is very quiet. There was a very limited number of places to eat. If you don't have a car you may struggle. There is a restaurant in the hotel plus another Michelin rated restaurant close by. Both are expensive but offer excellent food. We eat in the hotel on the first night. The food is outstanding but not cheap.

Breakfast was fresh and nice. The view from the panorama windows was impressive all aound the town. The room was tidy and big enough for two persons. The location was 1 minute walk from the center and it was quite in the room. Beds are comfortable

Location was brilliant, staff where great. After 4 days in the saddle we had washing to do and the hotel did it for us over night and ready for us in the morning.

Dinner was a bit of a mess, we only had 2 options for starter, main and dessert and they couldn't get our orders right. And the waiter didn't care.
