The location was very good. Suits the young and lively. The shower was nice and always had hot water. Our room was cleaned daily, including Sunday.

Men / male groups are charged a deposit while females are not. This was noticed on my checking in and we also asked some other females at the hotel. The deposit is €100 but did used to be €250 so it isn’t too bad. There is no air conditioning but the fan that we had in our large suite did actually do a fine job keeping the place cool.

A fantastic trip with a group of friends - staff were lovely and helpful and the hotel was great value. Will come again .

1. The curtains were so light I was waking up so early with bright sunlight (not ideal after a late night) 2. No air conditioning in the bedroom 3. I needed to climb through a window to get to the bedroom balcony (should be a door there) 4. No extractor fan in the bathroom 5. The hotel charges 10 Euros a day for parking! it should be free for guests staying at the hotel. We parked on the side road next to the hotel for free.

My initial room was facing the town which is right on the strip so it was really noisy at night. They kindly changed my room to the poolside on my 3rd night which was nice and quiet. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with a wide variety. Staff was friendly.

Pool could have been cleaner inside and around surrounding area.

Very good hotel, with a good pool area and commual spaces. Decent sized bedrooms and bathrooms that were clean and bed made every day, which I wasn't expecting. Nice balconies too. Good value for money when I visited in October.

Breakfast was a little basic for this type of hotel, and gluten free options would have been good. But, I still ate alright. It was fine for me, but be aware if you don't book a pool view room, you are on the strip and music goes on until the early hours.

The location of this property is perfect as it’s right on the strip..!!

It would have been nice to have a kettle & cups in the room.. I read a lot on my balcony & practically live on coffee… However that’s just me. The toaster at breakfast needs updating… it’s really slow & has been for years now.. I’ve no real complaints about the place and I’ve stayed there many times over the last 9 or Ten years..!!

Amazing location and very clean and tidy. The staff were on hand to help should you need it. I’m not sure why so many of the reviews are so bad, it does not match up to what we experienced at all

The rooms are a little dated and water pressure seemed a little off at times

Went for 3 nights, last minute booking with me and a friend, best weekend we have had a long time! It’s right on the strip and reading the reviews we booked pool view for the noise coming off the strip, we honestly didn’t hear a thing. Great location, plenty of pubs and restaurants. And 5 euro into the old town with a great night life also!

It is a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. The place was clean, staff were lovely and we had no issues!

Location is great specially if you are after party.

If you're not after party be aware that you will be hearing the music from the clubs around on your room.

The hotel is practically in the midst of the vibrant 'New Town'. There are restaurants of just about every nationality. Interestingly there is a small expat own/run pub a few hundred yards down the road from the hotel leading to a quiet residential suburb.

Inadequate staff at Breakfast stressed out the solitary staff is somewhat uncomfortable to witness.
