location was exceptional. beds were comfortable.

my room was on the 4th floor which is directly under the restaurant so it was very noisy even until midnight and later. we could hear tables and chairs being moved around and it was very loud and distracting. The pool is too small and needs to be renovated. Tiles were falling off. Don’t ask concierge to book a taxi or private ride because it will cost you twice as much as an uber and there are many uber’s available … i learned this the hard way.

This is now one of my very favorite hotels in the world. It's gorgeous on the inside and the outside and it's location on the coast is spectacular. The breakfast was also wonderful!

I didn't like to leave at the end. I wanted to stay another week.

The facilities were closed for winter when I booked I should've been told...no swimming pool just concrete and fencing around it. Spoilt the view. It was a one night stay for my Birthday but they gave us a room upgrade and it made the stay so enjoyable.

The view was amazing! The room and pool was clean, and the staff was helpful. They even had a free Tuk tuk to take you places in town if you needed a ride. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. It was also easy to park my car in their large parking area.

It was disappointing to find out they don't have a beach at the hotel anymore, because the water level has risen and now it is more like a bay. The photos made it seem like they had their own private beach, which was part of the reason I booked a stay there. So we had to drive a few minutes to a public beach to go in the ocean. I think they should update their photos to show there is no beach there anymore.

The staff were amazing, and the room was beautiful. We enjoyed great food in the bar and restaurant. The facilities were excellent. We can't wait to come back in a future summer!

Only a couple of suggestions, and minor... Not having any lighting directly in the shower area made the bathroom feel darker than perhaps it should. It was a shame to find out on arriving that the Skybar was only open from April. The outdoor pool area was also closed initially. Not a problem given the weather forecast for our stay, but given that they are two of the main selling points advertised, perhaps this needs to be made clearer when booking. It wasn't immediately apparent that these would be closed for our visit.

We had a fantastic stay at Tivoli Carvoeiro, the rooms are immaculately clean and very comfortable, the hotel itself is very elegant with a number of bars and restaurants depending on what you fancy. The breakfast buffet is probably one of the best I have ever encountered with an incredible amount of choice. The bars and restaurants aren't cheap but the food is good and the service is excellent. It's a very well-managed hotel - we were there when the power cut that affected the entirety of Spain and Portugal happened, and the hotel maintained power in key areas and despite the fact that half of eastern Carvoeiro descended on them as the only place in the vicinity with any power at all, the staff were professional, polite and maintained excellent service levels.

The sunlounger service around the pool was occasionally on the slow side, maybe ~20 mins to get a beer but that's the worst I can think of! Oh and if you were hoping to visit the beach on the cove next to the hotel shown in the pictures, the stairs to it have collapsed and it's inaccessible, so you'll just have to explore one of the other dozens of beautiful coves in the area!

I stayed in a very spacious and quiet room with a lovely terrace during my recent visit to Tivoli. While I would have preferred a sea view, my overall experience was fabulous. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Diogo, along with the team at Azul bar, provided exceptional service for my family. The breakfast was sumptuous, offering a great variety of options with special attention given to kid-friendly choices. Additionally, the hotel's location is a major highlight, featuring breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and a few minutes walk to Algar Seco, Bowardwalk and A Boneco rock formations.

Nothing specifically, but some services were closed, like Sky Bar, Tuktuk as not as published in the property details.

We don't typically enjoy larger hotels, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was so friendly, everything was sparkling clean, and you simply cannot beat that view from breakfast. We also enjoyed relaxing daily at the sea view bar. We had a larger family room with a very sizable terrace. The room itself was nothing special, it felt maybe a bit dated and plain, as did the hallways, but truly the setting, staff and facilities make it worth it. And despite the rooms feeling basic and plain, everything was comfortable and there were tons of thoughtful details in the room to make the stay a nice one.

The hallways could be a little brighter but really, we don't have many complaints at all. Enjoy your stay!

The breakfast 10/10, an experience in itself. We had the amazing pleasure of having Gonzalo (i think thats his name, apologies if incorect) as our server on one morning and he was absolutely incredible. Really elevated the experience. The views are stunning. The staff really warm and helpful. Comfy beds. The pool and grounds are clean and well kept. It was an outstanding experience for Bed and Breakfast. Yoga with Gus was also such a treat, we really enjoyed the experience, he is an excellent teacher.

Apart from breakfast, dinner and lunch were disappointing. Poor presentation, very small, expensive and often cold. We ate elsewhere after giving the lunch and dinner a try. Stick to B&B and you wont be disappointed!

It was a perfect location with a phenomenal view. The room was clean and updated nicely. The breakfast had a lot of options. All of the staff with the exception of the concierge were polite and friendly.

The rooftop party with loud music until late at night kept me from getting a good night's sleep. I tried noise cancelling airpods and it did not help. The concierge was not helpful and condescending. She told me that since I had been notified about the party upon arrival, that it should not have been an issue. I think I should had been told when I made the reservations or the music should be at a level that could be blocked with earplugs.
