I selected this hotel based on rave reviews from friends about the Aquadome Spa, thinking it would be an ideal birthday gift for my fiancée. Overall, I'd rate our stay at an 7.6, considering the following: * The Aquadome Spa is fantastic, a solid 10/10. * The hotel's furnishings, décor, and rooms are stunning, earning a 9/10. * The hotel management and customer service score a disappointing 5/10 due to poor communication, organization and transparency towards the client. Multiple attempts to contact them before our check-in yielded a response only after persistent efforts. Despite confirming a birthday surprise, the promised sparkling wine was absent from our room, leaving me disappointed. Complaining seemed futile as the surprise was already spoiled. * Dinner (half-board option) gets a 6/10 due to a limited à la carte menu and lacking explanations on what's included. The price was stated to be 28E/person/night (excluding drinks). In the end I got charged 30e/person for unclear reason and the service falls short overall. Asking for clarification was pointless since the detailed bill was provided only after the payment was already made. * Breakfast earns an 8/10 for a good buffet.

Everything about this hotel is top notch!!! Excellent service, lovely, polite yet very professional staffs. We simply felt at home. It's hone away from home!!! We felt so safe and relaxed. So much entertaining. There was something for everyone especially the children. You wake up to a beautiful view everyday. Would go there any day any time. You won't regret it!!! It's home away from home!!! Thank you for your excellent services!! Lovely food, very, very organised as well Miguel, Gertrude, and family.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the thermal pool – it was amazing! What stood out to us was the exceptional service, both by the pool and at the bar. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a toast for dinner one evening, and it was delicious! The price was very reasonable for such great quality. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for relaxation and great service.

Everything in the hotel is absolutely beautiful except restaurants.

Restaurant has quite small menu. Ones they bring me a slice of bread with plastic particles inside and even didn’t remove bread from the bill🤣 Menu is absolutely strange. For example in the restaurant menu there are no salads at all. You have to go to the bar if would like to eat salad. But salad and meat in the same place is impossible. Have no idea what is the problem to have salads in the restaurant menu.

Good location and amazing mountain view! The main pool located in a glass cover space which has a lot of lights and beautiful nature view. The water in the pool is warm and comfort.

The main disadvantage for me was absent normal food between 4pm and 7pm. We didn't find any opened restaurants near the hotel and snack bar inside the hotel doesn't provide anything suitable food for baby or vegan at this period of time. So it was difficult for us just waited till 7pm.

It is always a pleasure coming up to H2otel. The staff are welcoming and it feels like you are part of the family for a while. They always do their best to accommodate. I always leave another date reserved for a weekend trip.

There are always improvements to be made in any commercial establishment - but I can't recall anything that annoyed me or stood out as an issue.

The great thing about the place is the spa. You can relax and unwind, and get your energy back up after spending a few hours in the pool, jacuzzis, and sauna. I went there in the summer and it was good, but I imagine it will be even better in the winter. Something to try again for sure.

I think one thing that could be a bit better would be the restaurant menu. While the food was good, the menu options were a bit too out there. The restaurant doesn't quite fit with the audience of the hotel it feels. But the food I had was good.

Everything about this hotel has been thoroughly considered, from the exterior design to the details in the room. The staff were excellent. The treatments were very professional and we really felt relaxed after leaving. The restaurant, from the service to the quality of the food, to the drinks was far above what I expected, very well done! I am not easy to please, admittedly, but I cannot rate this hotel highly enough and am already thinking about when I can go back!

Breakfast was delicious Lots of choices - cereal, sweets, eggs, bread, coffee machine, pancake maker etc We had window seat every morning Clean, table already prepared, friendly staff on hand

For the money we spent - it would be an added bonus if the spa offered meals included (pay for wine) Or offered couples massage treatment or free facial (spa related) Bridge was out, would have appreciated email warning

The hotel is exceptional, great facilities. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. Staff is very approachable and eager to meet your requests. The spa is very complete. Overall extremely happy with the experience.

The room could've been more clean. We had a glass stained with coffee and a spider web in a corner.
