A very good location to visit this historical town and a pleasant stay at this hotel.

There is one problem, as many other guests have reported - the mattresses on the beds are far too hard and need to be replaced as soon as possible. We could only sleep when we put the spare blankets, folded, between the fitted sheet and the mattress tomake a more comfortable cushion.

Check-in process was quick and the room was ready even before the check-in time announced. Reception kindly changed the first room assigned for another one with views to the swimming pool. Room very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast also included in the room rate.

No toiletries. Just soap and shampoo dispensers which are not very convenient.

The location, parking, staff and breakfast were great. Easy to find the hotel. The view of the viaduct was fantastic.

The aircon had been turned off, as to them the weather was cold. Being English and being used to colder weather, we thought it was too hot. Luckily we had our own fan.

Comfortable, simple and spacious room. The hotel staff were very very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast as we decided to sleep in. The pool area would benefit with a bit of maintenance, but either way we enjoyed a lovely dip! I would definitely stay here again.

location is very good. Walking distance to the center and lots of free public parking around.

Almost everything. Great beds, very good breakfast, nice room, quiet, friendly staff.

The door in the bathroom and the automatic light in the bathroom + almost no place for clothes ( no real closet and no coat hangers near the entrance).

Great value for money, no hotel restaurant, and the bar is temporarily closed. Good view from street side rooms!

Breakfast, as everywhere in portugal, has no vegan options and little vegetarian options.

Breakfast is good and varied. Wifi is good. Matress and pillows are confortable.

Bathroom with signs of poor cleaning. AC did not worked well. Blankets in the bed. Poor bedside lights. The hotel bar was closed.

Excellent value, lovely place to stay, clean, and tidy.

Could only have been bettered if the bar had been open in the evenings.

We had excellent view on the aquaduct from our window. Breakfast was good with finally some good coffee and juices.

The pillows were very soft. The shower doesn’t have a door, so the water gets everywhere.
