Good location, very central to the centre of Faro. It was also very easily to park the hire car in front of the hotel (as requested). The staff were pleasant and the check-in service was fast

We had to pay a "tourist tax" upon checking in, and given that out group had been on a road trip travelling all over Portugal for two weeks, staying in a number of different locations it seemed out of place to be charged this. Although the rooms very good value for money, and the bathroom facilities were clean and good, the rooms were a little bit dated. Only one lift was working which was very small to fit people in.

It is a nice quiet hotel, the room was clean, towels were provided in cellophane covering and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was really nice with scrambled eggs, small sausages, beans, mushrooms... As well as pastries, bread and cold meats provided. The lovely lady in the kitchen always asks if you want more eggs and sausages to be prepared. Location was good, about 10 minutes walk to the marina and there are lots of restaurants around there.

The mattress on the bed was pretty thin and the bed creaked a lot when you moved from one side to the other.

I am really so impressed by the way how this place is clean and tidy as well as incredibly hygiene. I have stayed for almost two weeks every single day of my stay the room is clean and tidy, and i don't forget how friendly and caring staff they are willingly to help at any time 24/7 meaning 24/7, they went extra mile. The hotel is quite central, it takes only 10 minutes on foot to the old town. There are several nice restaurants closeby and there is a mall at walking distance. Breakfast is good value for money. They have soft drinks available at the lobby. The staff is quite friendly, they helped with all questions I had. The rooms are comfortable, everything was sanitized and packed. This hotel offers a really quality service in comparison with its size.

For my stay, I can't think of anything bad.

Ideally located with just the right length walk (5-10 mins) to the town, old town and harbour. Free car parking. Everything was super clean and the staff were professional and friendly at all times. Room was cleaned every day even though we're not early risers. Lots of hot water in the shower. Just a couple of blocks from the main road if you're exploring by car. Well priced hotel, would definitely stay again.

Bed was a little firm for my taste but I did get used to it.

The property was good but bit old. Beds we’re comfortable. Staffs are really helpful and friendly. The only problem was wifi and lift was bit smaller than usual. I would recommend to the management to provide one tea kettle and some basic tea coffees sachets. Overall it was good

The hotel is great, the staff very nice. There is private parking, but we always found a free parking spot on the street in front of the hotel. The breakfast is good as well for the price. Faro Old town and Marina are very close, in a walking distance. There is a great restaurant nearby called "Chefe Branco".

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with many options coffee, tea bags, selection of breads, biscuits, fruits, juices and more. Location close to the bus station, transport to other cities and to the Airport.

The air condition takes a while to warm up the room. The toilet heater is quicker.

Excellent location, within easy walking distance to Old Town and lots of places to eat and drink !

There was no Wifi in the room, only in the lobby. Typical European hotel with the essentials!

Our flight was delayed for two days so we booked this hotel last minute to be near Faro airport. It was great value for money, rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and great friendly service from the staff
