We liked the very elegant rooms. We also liked that it was walking distance from the Shrine of the Virgin Mary of Fatima and that we could go there in the morning and also in the evening by foot. We found very convenient to have free parking space in the hotel's car park and we also had the opportunity to eat dinner in the hotel without pre-booking it. Great place, very quiet and very clean - and there is also a little supermarket right in front of the hotel. Staff very polite and helpful.

We liked everything there. If I would change something, it would probably be the main course of the dinner buffet. The salad buffet and the dessert buffet was very good at dinner but the main course for dinner was ok - it could have been better. Nothing else!

Staff Friendliness, breakfast menu options (great variety of food items), great underground parking, very comfortable room and shower, room balcony, walking distance from the Santiario De Fátima.

Central heat and cooling system. Guest should be able to manage their own room temperature without having to depend on a central temperature control system.

Family friendly hotel close to the bus station. Also, there is a open air tour train that will take visitors to the religious sites for a small fee at the station. Thanks to the receptionist for letting us know about this prior to our visit. She also gave us great dinner recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very nice.

We parked the car in the hotel's garage. Check in was very quick and receptionist was very friendly. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable beds. We were on the 5th floor and view was very nice, we had a small balcony in our room and a larger one on the floor. It's only a 10 minutes walk to the basilica.

We had dinner from the buffet at about 9.15 pm, food was very dry due to long time standing under lamps.

The room is a bit dark, particularly near the sofa (the light was broken and it wasn't fixed until I checked out) No water kettle in the room No more fluffy slippers provided Quite far from the sanctuary (around 10 minutes walk)

Fantastic location, the staff went above and beyond for the little things that I asked for my 80 year old mother. Extremely friendly. One of the best I ever encountered in hotels. Highly recommend this hotel.The suite with the terrace was superb, very large terrace. I really liked the fact that you reserve the Spa time, it was just for us and nobody else.

The Spa was very nice but limited on options.

Very modern design, clean and spacious. The bed very firm and the linens were top quality. Good Wi-Fi!

1-2 star towels, not 4 star for sure. water pressure in shore wasn’t great. No coffee maker in room. Had dinner at buffet one night! Very average quality and overpriced!

Everything except....

The reason why I booked here, was the sauna. they told me to come back an hour before usuing it and then it was broken ;( It wasn't working. Then I left

We did not have time o have breakfast this time but last year we did it was good I did not need to ave lunch. Staff welcoming and friendly, Location is perfect is near the bus station , supermarket and the Sanctuary. Overall perfect

Rooms were wonderful! The entire hotel is well decorated, super clean. Bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The higiene products had a great smell and quality was better than encountered in most hotels. Staff was polite, welcoming and very helpful giving us the right tip of restaurant for our late night meal. The hotel is very close to the Basilica de Fatima. I also used the gym which had everything needed for a quick workout to start the day. I’d definitely stay there again and already recommended to friends and family.

One equipment in the gym was broken but I was still able to figure out with other equipments available.
