Amazing breakfast, amazing dinner. Very close to all the chapels & basilicas. Incredibly clean, and the staff was excellent. It's a great option for Fatima. I will now prefer Mercure across Europe!

It really could not get any better. The only thing I might suggest is that the hotel deliver a folio to the room at the end of stay so I can review, - it will also act as reminder (at least for an American) that I need to pay them on the way out. (I had thought I had already paid them via Booking)

The hotel is really nice. The layout is different from the usual hotel rooms (bathroom layout and wardrobe) but you have everything you need. The beds are super comfortable, the breakfast is really nice and the staff is amazing. Special thanks to Diana who was working in the restaurant when we had dinner and was also at breakfast one of the mornings. She's super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is super too.

Not applicable - loved everything and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

The hotel is perfectly located across the Holy Trinity Chapel. It is very beautifully decorated and pleasant. There is plenty parking and very convenient. The restaurant "Platano" is small but excellent and their service very good. The staff and the owner are very friendly and accommodating and helpful with directions and information. Breakfast is very special as it is served in beautiful trays "afternoon tea" style. Such beauty makes everyone feel very special. I highly recommend this hotel, and we definitely will return.

Everything was fine

The hotel itself is beautiful; the room was very spacious and nicely furnished. Parking was exceptionally convenient. The elevator to the floors can be accessed from the garage, which is nice when travelling with large or heavy luggage as its not necessary to transport it through a lobby. Most notable is the staff. I travelled alone and spent days out exploring. I returned to the hotel between nine and eleven each evening and was always able to order dinner and wine. The staff was also very helpful in recommending things to see in the area. Its location is ideally situated on a main road with plenty of shops and restaurants, and a quick five-minute walk from the sanctuary.

This was the best hotel I've stayed in Portugal. Facilities were well kept, the room was large and equipped with a large screen SMART TV. It gave a luxurious feel at a reasonable/relatively low cost.

The food was overpriced. The dinner/lunch options were preferable to the breakfast - the eggs were prepared with dairy/cream which made it difficult to digest.

The location I.e close to the shrine; value for money I.e. during this period where finance is an issue for everyone, it appears this was kept in mind when prices were set. It was clean, neat and tidy for a superbly excellent price. This thoughtfulness will attract customers even more. Lastly all their staff were extremely polite, informative and helpful which is a lasting experience. Thank you all.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Just feel breakfast should vary each day.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is new, clean and modern. The in house restaurant offers wonderful Portuguese food with a creative twist. The hotel is located five minutes on foot from the sanctuary. The only thing I didn’t love was the separate bathroom and toilet, both with glass doors. However with the lowered screen and coordination, privacy could be maintained. Whatever our request, the hardworking and friendly staff rose to the challenge. Great little hotel!

Everything!!! The workers are very welcoming and always helpful, the rooms are clean and big and the location is perfect especially if you’re there for pilgrimage in Fatima. And even though we didn’t know about taking the bus to Fatima from Lisbon, the bus stop is literally in front of the property

Nothing. This place has it all

The room was modern in design and was very functional. Loved the firm bed and the shower. A great idea from the hotel was providing a bottle of filtered water and you can replenish the bottle at the lobby at the self service dispenser. 👍 The staff especially Laura was very good, from check in to dinner service and check out.

Staff was great! Every time I passed by a staff member they greeted me and asked if there was anything they could offer or do to improve my stay. It was a welcoming, comfortable, and pleasant environment. Rooms were very nice with modern décor and very comfortable bed.

The parking facility below the hotel was a bit confusing. If there were signs indicating where to park and how to use the elevator parking would have been easier. Once we got down to P1 there were no spots available so we waited until hotel staff came down to explain the process to use the elevator. On our way out we had to search until we found a call button to have the gate opened. No buttons are accessible from the car so some signs would be helpful.
