Modern, clean and conveniently located close to the sanctuary. Vanessa, the receptionist was very kind and accommodating with our baby. Thank you Vanessa!

The Imperhotel is in a great location. It is very close to all of the sightseeing areas of Fatima, and many restaurants and an Aldi are within walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are very spacious (we had 5 rooms total), modern and comfortable, and each of them were very clean. They have an excellent breakfast buffet (11EUR for adults and 5.50EUR for children) with lots of items including fresh eggs and bacon, that is well worth the money. I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Fatima.

Room was as it shows on the picture. Clean. Easy check in. Wifi was the best speed of anywhere we’ve stayed in 2 months. Parking is right outside the property. Aldi across the street.

No glasses and no fridge in the room. Window shutter didn’t work. No night staff (there was a number to call). Had some problems with other guests and noise from them but didn’t have anyone to speak to about it. Seems like the rooms might have been updated, the rest of the inside of the hotel seems a bit dated and shabby.

It was Extremely Clean, great breakfast, peaceful area of Fatima, but close to the sanctuary. Very nice staff, we arrived a bit early and they gave us a room prior to check in time. There is an Aldi Supermarket across the street. Good restaurants and a great “Pregaria” ( sandwich place). Pregaria da Iria, worth a visit.

Staff are very friendly, provide all support when we need early check-in. The room and bathroom are clean. Location is good to walk to the Sanctuary.

Breakfast Not much choice. Coffee is not fresh brew. Even not continental breakfast. The third bed is not a regular bed, I had back pain after the sleep. The shower splashed the water onto the floor , better to have a bigger shade.

The location was about 10 minute to Fatima Shrine. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful . Thank you Maria and Vanessa. The girls gave us directions to the shrine and recommendations and directions for restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel had a lift and parking was available. Definitely value for money.

It was just what I expected near perfect for the hotel ratings.The location was ideal.Cleanliness is of extreme importance, it's the impression I got.

Nothing comes to mind.Perhaps that there are some snacks seeing that we arrived late at night and the town is quiet.There are no nearby convenience stores open late at night.

Room was very clean, good space, very comfortable bed. Hotel is very close to the Fatima's cathedral, like a 5 min walk. Staff were extremely friendly and helped with recommendations. There's an ALDI (supermarket) right in front of the hotel and available parking spaces in front of the hotel.

Nice, clean room. Big windows, good cleaning. Breackfast is simple but good, coffeemashine prepare coffee with milk, and cooker fried eggs so much you ask. Nearby is big supermarket, so you can take all you need all the day

Jessica is an exceptionally good receptionist. She is always very helpful and friendly. She is also excellent at finding solutions and giving advice. Extraordinary quality of all staff members in this good hotel comparing it with many other hotels in Europe, Asia and Australia, I visited in the last years.
