This was our second stay at this hotel. Great location with underground garage, however a bit difficult to get to if you don't know the area. Hotel is within walking distance to Fatima cathedral and sanctuary as well as the trail to Valinhos Sanctuary. Room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The room had a mini fridge which we found very helpful. Breakfast had a great selection with both hot and cold options. Our interaction with the staff was pleasant but very limited. Definitely will be returning.

It was a very relaxing stay. We appreciated the large room and bathroom as well as the choice of pillows. We were not rushed with the check out at noon and the bilingual front desk staff were very nice. The location was perfect, only minutes away from the sanctuary.

I personally didn’t stay at this property. I booked a room for my parents and they only have good things to say about the staff !! The rooms were spacious and welcoming. The location is fantastic - walking distance to the Sanctuary and near by several stores and restaurants. The breakfast was exceptional with an amazing variety of options to choose from. We will definitely book it again and I look forward to staying at this hotel myself in the future.

It is a fine hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. We asked for a quiet room and got one on the top floor, which is nice. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good in covid times. There was parking available in a parking garage. The hotel was walking distance to the religious things.

The rooms have really thin walls. We had a room which had an adjoining door to another room, but this was not the problem, as the people in the other room were very quiet. The problem was the other room, where the people were talking till late at night, pretty loud at that. On the second night I went to their room and asked them to be quiet and then it was fine. While the internet access is good quality, logging in sometimes take time.

We arrived at dawn with no means of transport. I called the hotel to call for a taxi. Even if we couldn't checkin yet cuz they were full, Katya graciously did as requested, allowed us to rest some at their spacious lobby and leave our bags in storage. And as soon as a room was available , whch was still early like 10am, they allowed us to check in. That's what I call great customer service!

The Staff was very Friendly, Breakfast Buffet was suiting the time, but some more on Hot Range would be much better. Rooms were spacious, its a very convenient place to reach the Fatima Church.

Tea/Coffee making facility in room would have been very nice. Breakfast should include some Hot Range dishes.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel. Location is perfect, a few minutes away from the main square. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, beautiful view to the Cathedral. Staff were perfect.

Water pressure in the shower was not good. Breakfast could be better, especially the juice section. Bathroom amenities could also be improved.

Good breakfast with plenty of choice and helpful staff. The parking garage was safe and secure with access directly to lift from the garage. Also, the hotel restaurant is convenient, with a good menu and attentive staff.

There is nothing to dislike at this excellent hotel

The hotel was a few minutes walk to the Sanctuary of Fatima. The staff are accommodating. The room was spacious. The breakfast was great with a lot of food options.
