breakfast was good; the bed was a good size and clean, and I could hear mass from the window. The staff was friendly and flexible. The gym was okay, and the pool was enjoyable even though it was cold weather.

When I booked the room, I ensured the spa and sauna facilities were open and in service. The website said it would be operational from the 1st of September, but once there, they were not open to the public. The bathroom was not a 4-star hotel bath. The shower was quite horrible and always flooded the floor.

Location was great. Only 2 mins away from the Sanctuary of Fatima. The bus station too was closeby. The 2 ladies at the reception (Maria and her colleague) were super helpful and warm. Maria recommended a great restaurant down the road (Arco de Fatima). The Pool helped me to relax and also I managed to get a good massage. The double bed was big and comfy.

There was no chair in the room. I had a virtual meeting and needed a chair so I had to use the small table by the bed as a chair. Maybe amenities like shampoo and conditioner could be provided as well. The breakfast I didn’t enjoy. It was too simple. The eggs were soggy. The coffee/tea mugs weren’t there. They only had paper mugs which were very small. Fruits were limited as well.

Rooms were comfortable and clean and suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great central location in Fátima.

We were disappointed that although we had a kitchenette we could only use the fridge as there was no cutlery or plates etc-that wasn’t clear when we booked that you had to book and apartment and not a suite.

Swimming pool great but no toilet on that floor which is odd so had to use lift to room or use loo in reception area

Housekeeping - room booked for 4 people but every day only enough towels for 2 people were left meaning I had to ask every day for towels - not a big problem but curious why housekeeping wouldn't leave the correct number of towels in the first place

Location was great. Rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. The pool was small, but ideal for a city break location. Lots of parking for guests.

No bar was open during the day or near the pool to get drinks, not even a fresh water tap. The pool was not heated.

breakfast was so nice location a little far from the station and room was excellent.

for breakfast everyday is the same food at least if we can changed it every two days or more offers please. secondly we should not include breakfast in the booking , the good reason why because i know lots of people can't afford the booking with breakfast included. so you give them option. thank you.

Very quite hotel,huge and comfy bed.Friendly staffs especially Jenny who always attended us during breakfast time,I will definitely book again incase we will come back to Our Lady of Fatima.

All good .I just wish to have kettle in the room with coffee and tea bags.

The location is great. Very close to the Basilica. Surrounded by restaurants. Try LeBre. It's on the other side of the Basilica but on the same road. Great food.

The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. I think the hotel should invest in better beds. One night was enough, but we were there for 4 nights. I almost slept on the couch instead. Breakfast buffet is good, decent, but nothing to write home about. The Parking is spacious, enclosed and Free!

The location is fantastic just one block from the shrine, the hotel is new, the room was very spacious, bathroom was good, everything very clean, parking was free and very good indoors, it has 4 elevators what is great, view from bedroom was nice, big windows good natural light, the breakfast was very good too, all in all a very good value

The beds. The room was supposed to have 2 queen beds and had 4 singles, 2 side by side on each room. The mattresses were hard and 2 of them looked like improvised beds and were very uncomfortable, we slept one night and asked to switch room, but the beds in the new room were better but still hard so this is a point for improvement. There was no room service, the restaurant or bar for snacks was still closed due to covid but other hotels in the area were already open.

The room, the balcony and it was clean and good.

The receptionist as it took me 35 minutes to let me in and i did not appreciate it because i was discriminated against. Other people were able to check in straight away but when i had come and checked in , it took longer . When i tried to pay for the buffet , the same person told me i had to eat as a group which other people weren't . I saw people in pairs like i was with someone else and i was shocked to see how much i was discriminated against. The fridge in my room kept switching off so i couldny use it
