The villas are big and comfortable for a big group of friends/ family. The kitchen has all the supplies needed for short and long meals, the bedrooms are comfortable and clean, the swimming pool has the perfect dimensions, amazing view and distance vs. the other villas. Lovely! The staff was extremely friendly and ready to help.

The only recurrent issue was the breakfast orders - we were always getting mixed orders. But the staff was immediately recognising and solving the issue.

Great pool and breakfast! The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. They have a padel field in good condition (a bit far away, like a 10 min walk)

Well, the floor made of cork is very cool, but the bathroom was a mess. The tennis field was very sloppy on maintenance. That's great that they have a bathroom near the pool but it doesn't lock. Also, they use those bathrooms as a warehouse, storing machines, boxes and chemical products for the pool, all unprotected from the kids.

We really enjoyed the full experience from the hotel. Everything was amazing, the hotel was beautiful, staff were wonderful and the room was great. Hotel has great amenities and the restaurant is amazing as well. Food options were great and the restaurant staff were exceptional.

We could hear everything from the other rooms. There was no noise cancellation/isolation between the rooms. For the rest, we had a great experience.

The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of the country side.with great unique views in a cork tree fields and forests. Perfect for relaxation wonderful swimming pool. Very nice staff,helpful and efficient.very good breakfast. Very good creative restaurant and staff. Bicycles are a plus.

We liked everything. We can suggest if possible to light some trees with projectors underneath for a beautiful effect. Another constructive suggestion would be to not put families with children next door to adults as the noise can be disturbing.

Breakfast is very good, with fresh pastry and baked items oredered from kitchen. Staff is very friendly and welcoming handling guest with extreme care. The concept of having each room as an independent howse and all the surrounding well cared nature are truly inspiring.

There was only one glass for water, even though the booking was made for 2 persons. I am not very found of the concept of semi open bath room, however, the view and the available space compensate for it.

We enjoyed wonderful views away from the noise of roads and towns.

The restaurant was closed for 2 of our nights here which was a shame as the food on the one night we ate here was very good. Unfortunately the website did not allow us to book the vegetarian meal in advance. At times the staff could have been more informative and helpful.

I loved the architecture of the building and the location between the cork trees. It has the most amazing pool and spots in the garden where you can relax. Even a small playground which my daughter found amazing. Nice big rooms , with a pretty terrace. Loved the pastries at breakfast :-)

All the staff are so friendly and really everyone is there to help. I just noticed that there is not enough staff for the amount of guests. I always felt that the staff really need to combine 101 things. But honestly its something that I saw a lot in Alentejo.

Fabulous breakfast and evening meal. Doggie exercise/agility area. Would love to visit in sunnier weather as pool looks amazing.

We arrived during a very wet and rainy period. The first room we were showed to had a small flood so we were allocated another room. This also had a bit of a damp patch near front door. Think it’s a fault in the design of the rooms as there is no guttering to channel water away.

Elegant, beautiful, and relaxing place surrounded by nature. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with a nice mountain view. Breakfast is fantastic, with plenty of choices to choose from (pastries, charcuterie, drinks, fresh fruits, dairy...), all prepared and served by friendly staff. Dinner quality is also very good and served in a romantic and stylish ambiance. Staff also advised us where to go cycling nearby, and we had a nice experience on 2 wheels enjoying the fresh mountain air and scenic area.

Beautiful location, simple design and very comfortable rooms. Attentive staff and good service. Relaxed environment and very clean. Overall a very positive experience.

We would have liked to see a map of the property to understand the wider site and its facilities. The dinner menu did not change over 3 days and we would have liked more variety even if the ingredients remained the same. The rooms are not very soundproof.
