It was very comfortable. Great amount of space for 2 people and the kitchen facilities were great as we were able to make our own breakfast and coffee which saved us money. The bed was also quite comfortable. Also walking distance to everywhere. The nicest beach we went to which was Praia dona Ana and was only a 15 - 20 minute walk.

The only negatives were the Android tv stick didn't really work. If you wanted a quiet night in you could watch maybe half an episode on Netflix then it would over heat and crash. The other thing was there is a snooker bar right under the window next to the bed which is open till 6am. Most nights it was fine but there was one night of the 5 we were there that it was quite loud. So if you're a light sleeper then bring ear plugs.

This property was well equipped with everything I needed! I was pleasantly surprised especially with the kitchen, it had everything I needed to cook. The bed was comfy and there was lots of space for me to unpack and organize my clothes. I loved everything about this place and really appreciate the great communication from the host.

This is about the location but keep in mind that it is already noted in the description that since this is in the center of all the shops and bars it does get noisy as night so I already knew what to expect beforehand, with that being said, that warning is very accurate because there are bar crawls pretty much every night that the hostels in the area run so at a certain time there is a lot of noise right in front of the property because of all of the people walking by. It didn’t really disturb my sleep until my last night which was when it seemed to last all night long and they weren’t just walking by.

It was great pleasure for us to stay in this lovely modern apartment in the hart of the Old Town! Such a beautiful interior! The flat was spotless, very well equipped with comfortable beds. We liked the cleanliness of the fat and the old window shutters that kept the flat cool during the day and prevented the light early in the morning. The host Luis was very friendly and responsive and helped us with a lot of information and advice. Easy check in and check out. Free parking few minutes away, easy access to local cafe, restaurants and shops. We definitely would like to come back and we would recommend if to our friends as well.

Although on a quiet street - on day 2 and for rest of the week, the pool bar opposite was open until 4am. Not rowdy but could hear voices /talking. Also next door was a 24hr “grab and go” vending machine which increased noise levels late on too. The drain in the bathroom smelt on and off - resolved by purchasing an air freshener. Not the fault of the flat - I suspect it’s more the town’s drainage system!

Beautiful crisp clean updated apartment in an old building in the old center of Lagos. Close to everything! Easy to walk around, great restaurants very close by. Our host was very gracious and helpful when we needed anything. A fabulous 6 night stay, I would go back in a heartbeat. 10/10!

It was up 2 flights of steep stairs, but we were on holiday and just took our time. No big deal. Slightly noisy patrons at the bar across the street, but it's in the city center, small price to pay.

Light and airy apartment with a really well equipped kitchen, including some spices, tea and coffee. Plenty of hanging space and drawers for clothes in the bedroom. Great location too with shops, cafes and bars right on the doorstep and only a short walk to the nearest beach. It felt like a home away from home.

There is a pool bar across the road so it can be noisy in the evening. I managed to sleep well with earplugs though. The bed could be comfier and the shower head was a bit loose so didn’t always stay upright.

Great central location, close to restaurants and shops. Apartment beautifully furnished with everything one needs for light cooking, coffee/tea. Hosts were very attentive, checking in to make sure we had what we needed. Great communication. Apartment was very clean with modern updates, while still maintaining historical charm. Lots of storage for luggage and hanging clothes. Would recommend this beautiful apartment.

3 Flights of stairs, so don't pack heavy! The bed was a bit firm for us. BUT...some people like that. :-)

Everything was great. The apartment was clean, cozy and so well equipped!!! There was everything in the kitchen, we just bought supplies and could cook everything with the equipment. I’ve never seen such a well equipped accommodation. Even the communication with the owner was awesome. He was really making sure we have everything before and during our stay :) I will definitely want to come back :)

The apartment is in the historical center which is great apart from the fact that you can hear the nightlife and all the noise. Not anyone’s fault, just something to consider when choosing central location.

As a solo traveller, this place was the perfect size and felt like a temporary little home in Lagos. Its got a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook. I felt very comfortable staying here and the owner was very fast at responding and provided all the details for check in and check out very clearly.

because it’s located in the central area of Lagos, tourists get quite roudy at night and unfortunately the sound travels but I imagine that would be pretty unavoidable in any accommodation located right in the central area.

All in all a great place! The host was very helpful and friendly. The kitchen was really well equipped. The place was big enough with everything we needed. The location was also great. We were there at the end of January and the streets were very quiet.

Personally, I am a light sleeper and the noise of the AC machine (also heating) above in the courtyard was a problem for me. For my partner the noise was not a problem. Some of the other guests in the house had it constantly on, also at night, and even after Luis informed them of the issue just to make them aware, they just kept it on every night. This is more a note than a complain. For a longer stay I would probably have liked to stay at a brighter place but we were moving around a lot during the day so it was fine. Both windows face a small courtyard and there are higher buildings around.
