It was an apartment with 3 rooms, which had their own toilets&showers, and a shared kitchen. Two of the rooms shared a big balcony. It was all nice and clean and well equipped. Excellent location.

The room was big and clean. The staff was very helpful, we appreciated the fact that we had a very well equipped kitchen and it was very clean! The location is amazing, right in the center of the city , the area is bit noisy but we had the room with the view in the back where it was more quiet. I would definitely recommend it for your stay in Lagos.

We stayed for 5 days so some extra cleaning would've been very appreciated. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything that your neighbours are doing. There was a bit of weird smell coming from outside when we opened the window and sometimes coming from the bathroom. The price in August was bit expensive, but If you book in advance it might be cheaper.

Room was very nice, perfect location in the centre of the town, kitchen with the all equipment you might need, terrace.

We waited for 30 minutes in front of the building for the guy to show us the room and do the check in, even though we called the property 30 minutes in advance as per the instruction. So in total 1 hour since call to arrival. I would suggest to install entrance with the code and online check in. Also there is no light in the staircase so i missed or kicked one stair in the middle since there was total dark. It would be worth to repair it.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything but quiet and safe.

The door lock into the apartment area was quite tricky. I was locked out and rescued by other residents. This happened to them too. The lock on the door to my courtyard was also very hard to secure.

The apartment is in a good location and everything is fresh and new. The bathroom was very clean and as it has been recently renovated it was spotless and everything worked well. The outside terrace is great to have (noting that it is shared with another apartment). There is a small fridge in the room so we had a few drinks outside in the sun and could dry swimwear etc after the beach.

The only minor thing was the plastic cups supplied to make tea and coffee seemed like they would melt if you put boiling water in them, maybe could be due to COVID though as everything is disposable

Nice location, friendly staff, clean room

The only downside is that the walls are pretty thin and possible noise from neighbours can get excessive inside the room.

very clean and we can use the common kitchen to cook. bed is dry comfortable located in the old town of Lagos and not so far from the beaches

people party every night so it’s a bit noisy at night

The location is perfect! Close to everything, in the heart of Lagos, but somehow is not noisy and I could sleep very well every single night
