The location of the hotel and the whole area around is quite nice. It is a walking distance from central Lisbon where most tourists attractions are and there are some quite nice places for a meal or a drink around the hotel, as well as lots of nice shops if you are in Lisbon for shopping. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the fact you get clean towels and cleaning services in your room every day. The spa facilities and the gym were also very nice and useful to have. There is a restaurant and a rooftop bar that we didn't get to enjoy but seemed good.

well located close to the city center. has a lot of restaurants and spa facilities. unfortunately we didn’t have time to try them out. reception staff very friendly!

the cleaning staff are very superficial. the left 2 cups of tea for 2 days before cleaning them.

When I arrived with my taxi at the hotel, an employee checked how much I had to pay as the taxi driver tried to charge me too much. That already impressed me! Also, at the reception, they solved a booking problem that I created, supported me in finding pleasant places for dinner and rebooked and checked in my flight. Fantastic Job

It is a little bit more expensive than other hotels, but every cent was worth it.

The tea and coffee facilities in the room are seriously lacking. Milk needs to be provided as standard if English breakfast tea is to be provided. Also only one bag is provided. Not good enough for a 5 star hotel.

the hotel felt very luxurious inside, beautifully decorated and had a lovely spa like feel to it. all the staff were very friendly and went out their way to help.

our only complaint would be to have better lit mirrors in the bedrooms and not just the bathroom

personal was so kind and the service was top. clean room, good restaurant, parking for car, good breakfast. it was best choice.

Good spaceful rooms with very comfortable beds and a varieity of pillows to choose from. Location is a bit far from the center, if you dont want to walk too much to get to the main attractions, for us was ok. as we like to walk. Jacuzzi and Turkish bath is a big plus after a day of walk and sweat in the city. Don't forget to check the rooftop bar with great drinks and excellent service! :) Good breakfast! :)

Restaurant on 12th floor is too expensive and the food was horrible. Service not very professional. I ordered a chardonay and they served me a 12 EUR glass of sweet wine which is the opposite of chardonay, so we had to pay 24 EUR but could not even drink the wine. Check the bill at the end as they charged us for a starter we did not consume or asked for :( Restaurant at the lobby has very simple food with no taste :(
