the rooms had everything you could want and if it wasn’t in the room such as a hair dryer reception always had a solution for you

the rooms were slightly smaller and could hear noise from other rooms

During our trip across Portugal, we stayed in total in four different accommodations. This one was definitely the best value for money. The biggest highlight was a wide double bed that was very comfortable to sleep in. There is a flat screen in front of the bed that you can use to mirror videos from your laptop which made for a nice evening experience. The breakfast was also great, only thing that was missing was a toaster.

Although the bed was large, it took up a large amount of space in the room and it was difficult to get from one side of the room to the other as the bed was "blocking" the way except for a small passageway in front of the bed.

Bossa Bed is a very cute and well decorated property. They are located on a quiet street but still within walking distance of two metro lines and many buses. The room was comfortable and not a bad size for the price and being in the middle of a large city. The breakfast was a nice spread of breads, cheese, meat, yogurt, and beverages. The staff were all very friendly as well.

It was out of their control, but the key cards weren’t working for some of their rooms, which meant we needed to ask the front desk staff to let us into the room each time we need to go in (which they did without a problem). The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and also took up a lot of space in the room, making it so you needed to climb over it to get to the other side or side step at the foot. None of these things were big problems at all and we very much enjoyed our stay!

I can't wait to be back in Lisbon so I can stay at Bossa Bed again. The place was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was super cute! I loved that they had a coffee machine and offered a variety of cold meats and bread. The staff was lovely! They went above and beyond to help us. I also liked the little balcony our room had. They had a situation with their system being down the day we arrived, but they handled it quite well.

This was an observation. The edges on the shower floor aren't very tall and the water doesn't move towards the drain, so the shower floor fills with water quickly as you shower. I had to constantly turn off the water to prevent the water from spilling over. I hope they can do something about this, since it was a bit annoying.

Breakfast was nice, but could've included more vegetarian options. Coffee/pastries/bread/yoghurt were all excellent and fresh. Location was very nice with a metro station close by and a lot of things to do in walking distance. Room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff was super-accommodating for my remote work needs.

The room was kind of on the small side. I was traveling alone so it wasn't a major issue, but having two people in the room would've already been kind of iffy, even though it was a room with a double bed.

The hotel is perfectly located, away from the bustle of the city center (although in a walking distance). The stops of all modes of public transport are fairly close. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. We were staying for only one night, so we picked a room without a window and a private bathroom outside of the room – not the most comfortable setup, but perfect when traveling on a budget.

The buffet breakfast was quite minimalistic compared to what this category of hotels usually offers, but sufficient. The shower in our bathroom didn’t drain properly.

Warm welcome and friendly/ helpful staff through out our stay. Good selection to the continental breakfast. Clean/ comfy rooms, we upgrade to a suite and the room was lovely, stylish and big, the bed was so comfy and big! Great location for us. Overall great stay and would recommend or stay again

Only slight comment would be, we exchanged messages a couple of times via booking.com and arranged something in the room as it was my partners 30th and sadly it wasn’t in the room. She didn’t know, so it didn’t affect our stay.

Stunning interior in both communal areas and room, 5 Star standard. Excellent continental breakfast spread including various breads, cheeses, cold cuts, fruits etc.. and excellent coffee.

Only the location which was on an unattractive back street but this helped the price point for such a beautiful interior. Beautiful bar area which sadly appeared underused,.suggest happy hours and background music would help make it a destination location.

I loved the funky vibe of this little unique hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and the bed was very big and comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We had an early morning flight so we were able to organise to have our breakfast at 6 am which was so accommodating. The location was a short Uber ride ( 5 €) away from Castle Jorge and main city sights and it was quick and easy to get to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Very friendly staff, amazing admistrator at the reception desk, great service. Clean room, everything is new, very cozy atmosphere around, comfortable bed and pillows, central located, we had nice served breakfasts.

A bit small room, without a window, but it was ok, we were very tired after long walking so used it only for sleeping. Also, you can fill some smell, but I know that they are trying to solve this problem.
