Possibility to be check-in earlier. Bread for breakfast was in plastic bag, so we were sure that nobody touch it. Everything was super clean, room was cleaning every day. Personel was very nice and helpful.

The room was tidy and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but very clean and had everything we needed (towels, soap, glasses). Included breakfast was great too- pastries, yoghurt, bread, cereal, fruit, tea and coffee! We had to leave before breakfast on our last day to catch an early flight and staff had prepared us a food package for breakfast, which was so kind. The accommodation is about a 20 min train ride out of town but that was easy to navigate. Close to an aldi and Pingo doce too.

It's a lovely little guest house in a convenient, local neighbourhood in central Lisbon. Rooms are modern and very clean, the shower had great pressure. Check in was easy, even after hours, and communication good. What really makes it stand out is the lovely staff.

The rooms are very small, even by European standards - ok for one person, but I wouldn't recommend the standard rooms for two people. There is no common area except the breakfast room. Breakfast was nice, but lacking fruit/vegetables. As in most old buildings, soundproofing is an issue - bring earplugs.

The hotel is located in a more residential area of Lisbon, so very nice to see the real side of the city. But also it's within walking distance to the center and immediate access to metro and buses (including directly to the airport). All in all, we were quite happy with the choice, given the value for money!

The rooms are very nice, albeit quite small (no space to leave your luggage open somewhere). The breakfast is not buffet, you just receive a basket of different types of bread, some cheese and ham, yogurt and mini pastries. Not exactly rich, but enough to get you started.

The room was large and had a window onto the balcony (bathroom was tiny but that's Europe for ya). They made me a breakfast to go bag since I had a super early flight. The staff were lovely! Close to metro and lots of shops and restaurants. A/C worked well!

Breakfast options were limited. Something warm like scrambled eggs would've been nice. There's no elevator but if you can't make it up these stairs you won't make it through Lisbon. Sound proofing wasn't great.

This hotel leans to the more "budget" friendly offerings in Lisbon, and for the price, you get excellent value here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean, and in a great location downtown and close to the airport. I had to leave earlier than the breakfast was offered, but the staff offered to pack a small breakfast for me in a bag to take with me in the morning. Marta is the best!!!

To me, none of these actually matter based on the price. However, as mentioned by a few others - you can hear muffled voices from neighboring rooms. And I guess there isn't an elevator, but if you want these things - Pay MORE and stay somewhere else!

Clean fresh and bright modern B&B style setting on the 2nd floor off a traditional Portuguese old building. Had all modern features but friendly B&B service . Room was perfect size warm with Aircon modern shower. Perfect for weekend city break few min walk to metro. Loved the stair way but understand they don't own it so it's up keep is by the build but for us added to the style of area and our stay. Highly recommended and what a powerful message on the wall to start your day right when having breakfast.

Staff was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, always happy to help/assist. Location of the hotel is very convenient! Maybe 3 min walk from metro/tube station. And maybe around 25ish min to one of the squares, close to the sea side, many restaurants.

My room was on the right side, next to the main door. I don't know if it was just mine room's issue, but every time I've had shower, the toilet was making horrible noise! Same when tap was running or someone else was flashing the toilet. The noise was really loud.

Pleasant (if rather compact) room and bathroom. Good bed and bedding. Breakfast is simple but enjoyable, with the little savoury items a nice touch. Quiet despite the city centre location. Close to a metro station.

No clues about where to go when you are first buzzed into the building - the lack of any signage is just plain silly. The double room was okay for one person but might be a bit cramped for two.

We loved the staff. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They were very helpful. Rooms were nice and very clean. Breakfast was great too.

A lot of stairs to climb with luggage. No place to sit in the room, except on the bed and there was a very strong perfume scent in the room when we first settled in. it dissipated over time so not a big deal
