The room was boho, bright and lovely.

The rooms are quite small. The hotel is a bit distant from Lisbon proper — about a 12 minute cab ride. There is unfortunately no metro or tram station nearby so you need to take a bus or taxi

My partner and I recently had a great time staying at Garam Lisboa during our trip to Portugal, and we were really happy with our choice. We picked this boutique hotel because it had great ratings on Booking.com, and I'm excited to say it lived up to its reputation and more. We arrived late on a Tuesday, but the staff were really friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. Davi and Ana, in particular, were fantastic and helpful throughout our Lisbon stay. Davi gave us a warm welcome and even surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine when he found out it was my partner's birthday the day before we arrived. The character and charm of Garam Lisboa were clear as soon as we walked in. The decor is inspired by a Bali beach house, making it feel cozy and inviting. As for the location, it couldn't have been better. We were close to a variety of restaurants and the fascinating LX Factory, which we visited often. This former industrial block has been turned into a lively outdoor food market and arts/crafts space, and we highly recommend checking it out. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel, which set the perfect tone for our day. We also had the chance to chat with other guests who, like us, seemed to love the friendly atmosphere. The staff was always ready to give us tips on places to visit, but we decided to explore some hidden gems on our own. Garam Lisboa is definitely a unique and charming boutique hotel that offers a different experience from typical chain accommodations. If you're looking for a memorable stay in Portugal, you should consider this place. The exceptional service, lovely decor, and convenient location make it an excellent choice for travelers who want to make the most of their time in Lisbon. We're already excited about our next visit!

That were only staying there for 6 nights!

The hotel room was lovely, and the staff were amazing and so accommodating especially Anna! The tea and coffee available to help yourself too was such a nice touch in the afternoon and the breakfast in the morning was delicious , and a lovely relaxing space to come back to and sit in the garden in between the day and the evening. The location has some really nice breakfast places within a ten minute walk, and LX Factory was great spot for dinner. We walked into centre everyday which is absolutely fine if you don’t mind a short walk, or a taxi ride which is really reasonable and under $7. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! We will be back for sure.

Nothing!

This is my second stay here. the hotel is really pretty and very quiet. We were a group of 8 friends and loved eating breakfast together every morning. The staff are so helpful for any requests you have. We have a large airy superior room each time we have stayed, really quite and great for two friends to share. Cannot wait to stay again.

More feedback than what I didn't like there is a toaster but no soft slices of bread to toast in it, I had to slice a bread roll up each day and try to fit it in the toaster. But everything really was perfect.

The guesthouse is bright and shabby chic styled. The terrace outside and dipping pool are nice and the breakfast is really lovely with a good choice to set you up for the day. The staff are hugely attentive and the location is nice for a change from more central places that are more popular. The bed and bed linens were wonderful. The shower worked very well despite such a small space.

The room was exceptionally small and the bathroom had a badly designed wash hand basin - style chosen over functionality which doesn't work in a tight space. There is nowhere in the bathroom to store your toiletries. This room would not suit anyone carrying a little weight as the gap between the shower wall and overly large basin is small to get to the toilet.

I stayed at Garam as my friend lives near this neighborhood and stayed just a couple nights. The staff were lovely and it’s a great little spot outside central Lisbon with a couple great restaurants around the corner. The breakfast room and patio were cute and the coffee machine made a good coffee, yay! And tge AC in the rooms was awesome in summer :)

There was a bit of street noise which didn’t bother me but if you are a light sleeper or plan to be in your room alot, request an interior room perhaps.

What an amazing stay! Honestly worth every dollar, I spent a bit more than I usual would while travelling solo but i really felt like i got my money worth. The #1 standout about the trip was the staff, David, Gabriella & Rita (plus others who I didnt get names) were so welcoming & fun to talk to. Each one helped me in a different way & made my stay really nice. The rooms were very comfortable, i saw some negative reviews about hearing people walking around but honestly it wasnt bad. I am a very light & picky sleeper, my room was near the stairs & sometimes i heard people walk up but it wasnt disturbing. they also had a curtain that went across your door that muffled most hallway noise. Rooms were cleaned every afternoon which i LOVED. Felt good coming back to a nicely made bed after a long day. Good location, very easy to get to city & other places while being in a quiet neighborhood. would stay here again :)

i really LOVED everything, a suggestion I would have is perhaps some variety with breakfast for people with longer stays? but not a big deal, i still loved it.

This is a great place to stay in Lisbon. The location is close to the city centre as well as the airport, there are many shops, cafes and museums close by. The room was nicely decorated, bright and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and the hotel is in a quiet area so we had a good night's rest. Staff is great, always with a smile and there to help you (greetings to Davi!). Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Would recommend!

- Breakfast could be bigger with more options, for example, oats, peanut butter, salmon, etc. - We are 180 cm, though the mirrors in the room were at our chest level so we had to bend down to see the face. I would also recommend having cards "cleaning" and "do not disturb".

Loved everything about this place. The decorations, the boho style, breakfast was great, and the charm of this beautiful place. A hidden gem. The rooms are so beautiful, well decorated and the beds are so comfortable. The staff was so helpful: in directions, ideas, their availability, and they did everything for us to have a wonderful and comfortable stay. Ana was so nice, understanding and very careful about our needs, and she is a very good photographer 😊. Location was great. Thanks so much for this wonderful experience!

Everything was very nice and cozy. The personal was very friendly and helpful. Always greeting on the door when we entered or left the hotel. Bed was very comfy and everything was clean. The breakfast was tasty and the quality was good. We would recommend!

Our room was nice, but the window in the room was a bit small, so not so much sunlight in the room. Not much noise from outside, but you could hear the planes flying over the house. The breakfast could have had a bit of change daily, otherwise perfect!
